I thought Augustus eeked it out, but I found out a lot about Gato. He does possess a lot of heart and determination.:bears: never gave in and banged away at his opponent, one of the more memorable fights of last night. Good stuff to watch.
He showed a flash of it early on and in one of the later rounds went drunken master. He even threw the tekken/frog punch at Gato but it did miss.
Frankie Figs did not look impressive at all. Augustus clowned a bit and at one point they both did a little dance at the same time. It was rank. Terrible. As shit as the rest of the undercard.
Gato was in with a crafty veteran who can give anybody problems. Plus everyone knows Buddy McGirt is a shit trainer. Still, he pulled it out and constantly nailed Augustus with shots coming in. Still, he needs to sit on his punches more to land harder shots. cupey
Not impressed with Gato at all. He struggled big time with the journey man. The fight before with the Euro guy fighting out of NY was probably the best undercard fight.
