I guess because it was a non-televised undercard, a more relaxed broadcast was permitted. The clip was released by HBO, I can't imagine for any other reason than for entertainment purposes

What if you got "lost in your opponent's eyes"? Would that still be considered intentional kissing?

I would imagine so yes. There is a clear reason, but it's still not a justifiable excuse.

But what exactly would constitute unintentional kissing? Getting knocked out cold with your mouth wide open, and sort of falling forwards onto the other fighter's lips?
