That shows you how much the author knows about boxing, which is nothing.

Valuev is a lead footed, slow, clumsy and very ungainly individual whom to coin the old adage "Can't fight a lick."

There is a major difference between a "Title Fight", and a fight for a version of the "Heavyweight Championship."

Valuev will win easy. As for the title shot comment it was correct. Nobody gives a shit about "minor" titles.

 

Maybe Evander will die in the ring one night if he continues on, but it won't be Valuev who puts him in the morgue.

Valuev would not even have served as a quality sparring partner for Evander when he was at his best, and even a bit past his best.

If Valuev does win, it will be on points as he does not know how to punch correctly, and does not know how to follow through with his shots as he has no leverage and no balance.

That may all be true, but I guess what people are trying to say is, Holy is so shot that even Valuev is going to beat him.

A distance fight wouldn't surprise me. But Evander's not winning more than two rounds.

I actually think Karl could take Valuev if he could find a way to reach his head with a good shot. If I had to fight Valuev I would just hold out a mirror and he would go down immediately.
