Golden Boy are in the process of facilitating the guys career. You can blame the Japs for stalling him and treating him like some third world povo.

That is the kind of response I would expect from the likes of you.

Valero couldn't assasinate me, let alone Juan.

I know you think you could have taken Valero in your prime, but do you also believe you could handle him now?

I will just say he couldn't "assasinate" me, to term the poster's phrase.

Any fighter that runs in with his chin straight up in the air exposed like a ship's mast, and fights with his hands down at his waist is capable of being knocked out and hurt badly, you know that.

Well of course they are, but so are fighters that follow strict fundamentals and keep their hands up too.

Valero has the reflexes and timing to get away with it right now. If he sucked as badly as you make it out to be he already would have been knocked out or hurt badly.

I don't know if he's even been dropped yet.

This drunken never-was act is getting old.

You have called Pacquiao "garbage" and insinuated you could handle him in your prime.

Yeah, a nothing redneck retard from podunk Texas could beat a guy who is the P4P king.

    keep drinking that Johnny Walker

mosquera is a fierce fighter; no shame in being knocked down by him.

if someone asked me to describe valero's style. i'd say he's like a south-paw monzon.

Have you seen Monzon before? What on earth would lead you to come to that conclusion? Seriously.

when Valero boxes, he uses a 1-2 style in which he circles his opponent, distracts them with his jab, and sets up his big left hand.

    that was Monzon's basic approach.

this was how Valero beat Mosquera after warring with him put him on his azz. he boxed his way to a decision, punishing Mosquera with 1-2s in a similar fashion as Monzon. Plus, like Monzon, he lacks atheleticism and coordination, and is methodical in his approach.

even though edwin valero can drop a reigning world champion twice in the first round, he could not KO an overweight 45+ yr old balding man with 20/300 vision (hence the coke bottle glasses)

    gimme a break dude.

who else could you KO? you know besides the p4p champ Manny Pacquiao. (and didnt you claim juan diaz couldve finished you at any time??)
