My head says De La Hoya, but I recently had a wild dream that Pacquaio pulled off a UD upset, knocking De La Hoya down in the 12th round. Maybe thats wishful thinking. But if Pacquiao pulls off the upset, then I'll say it was a premonition.

That said, De La Hoya via unimpressive UD.

I hope the structure of the complex busts, and the whole lot comes down in a catastrophic explosion of dust and busted glass, killing just about everyone inside.

    Hey dude,...I hear ya.

I had a similar thought before the Barkley vs. Duran fight and it happened.

ANYTHING can happen in boxing or any other sport.

But probably,...DLH will prove to be too damn big for Manny.

De La Hoya by mid to late round stoppage.

DLH UD. I hate gambling but too many people bet me straight up on Pacman. I want Pacman to win. I think this close is less of a farse than many do but many is a midget lightweight. Size matters, I don'tcare what your ladies(or for most of you "partners") have to say. Size matters.

Dela UD - and I'm interested to see what Manny can do - a lot of you guys just bitch and moan about how boxing is on the decline, sure this is no golden age but there are good fighters out there and some great fights to be made.

I'll wait to see how De La Hoya looks at the weigh-in.

He may look like he just came out of Auschwitz, but he seems to have been pretty trim for awhile.

i think he'll let Manny into the fight by not taking him out early...and then regret it, but end up winning a decision

Pacquiao did a lot of praying from what i saw on 24/7. If Jesus takes an interest in this fight things could change.

Even Jesus can't save him now that Oscar's got Dundee in his camp.

Dundee is senile. Look for him to say to Oscar, "you're blowing him, kid" somewhere around the 4th round.

Early Oscar, if it goes to the cards, Manny.

    DeLa by KO...

A Part of REED Thought DeLa Might ALLOW Manny Pac to Win, for the Sake of a RE & Other Fights Down the Road...But there'll B ALOT of Pressure on DeLa, from the Mexican Community, to DISPOSE of the So-Called "Mexican Assassin"...& he WILL...

It's Really Going to Depend on HOW Manny Fights...If he Comes Out AGGRESSIVELY, DeLa will KO him EARLY...If Manny Comes Out PASSIVELY (For him), he'll LAST a Few Rounds, DeLa will OBLIGE his Willingness to Hang Around & THEN he'll Stop Manny the 8th...

So REED's OFFICIAL Prediction is DeLa KO 3, if Manny Comes Out FIRING Shots as he Normally Does...OR, DeLa KO 8, if Manny Comes Out Somewhat PASSIVELY...

Those of U PICKING Manny Pac or Expecting a "Tough" Fight will B AMAZED & just How Much SMALLER Manny is, Compared to DeLa...Manny will B Looking @ DeLa's CHEST or NECK During the Staredown...

Talks have already begun for DLH-Hatton, so I don't see Pac winning on the cards or any other way.

    DLH-Hatton...isn't that incest?

I only say Manny by decision due to Oscar tiring badly over the last six rounds and Manny picking up the pace.

Oscar's already at fight weight if we believe the editing from 24/7. In the last episode I saw, you see Oscar stepping on the scale then a cut to the number so you never truly know if it was a fill-in shot or not.

if Oscar's truly at 147, i see him looking good early then running out of gas. It's difficult for me to believe he can safely make 147 at 35 when he couldn't make it comfortably at 27 or 28.

I think he took off too much weight and it'll show if he doesn't get Manny out early.

After all, DLH has stopped most of his high quality opponents.

    There was....ummm...Chavez (who quit twice)

And then there was....John John...no wait...

And ummm Whitaker, Quartey, mosley, trinidad, ....

Wait, he's hardly stopped anyone of the top level fighters he's faced.

Granted Manny is moving up in weight, a considerable distance. But are we expecting Oscar to go after a quick southpaw with sharp power?
