Manny was probably stuffing something to make that number.

Was anybody watching Nacho's feet during his weigh in...or does GBP have access to the "Top Rank" scales?

I think I have to drop some money on Manny by TKO 9-12. Oscar might just collapse from being weight drained.

Doesn´t matter. I think he overtrained for the fight. I have seen that before. Dariusz was the most ripped in his whole career against Tiozzo. He was exhausted by round six, same with Morales for the 3rd Pacquiao fight. Oscar is no spring chicken, he looked tired against Floyd from round eight on. This time he´s 10 pounds lighter. If Pacquiao can avoid damage early and push the pace, I think Oscar might be in serious trouble in the second half of the fight.

It Matters Because DeLa's Body was Actually ACCLIMATED To the Weight...He was NO HIGHER than 150 MAX, on Any of the 24/7's...Erik Morales NEVER Gave his Body the Opportunity to Get ACCLIMATED to a Weight Class...He Fluctuated DRASTICALLY, btwn Fights...

DeLa Handled his Weight N the SMARTEST Way Possible...

& Even if DeLa Gets to a Point where he's Winded, Manny Pac's Gonna have to Come N 2 the DANGER ZONE to Exploit it...If Manny "Pushes" a Pace, he's RISKING Alot...Just Watch, Even DeLa's JAB will Feel like a POWER PUNCH to Manny...

i don't think this is the freak show so many of the nay-sayers claim it to be.

manny doesn't look puffy, but at the same time he doesn't look like a body-builder.

and by all appearances, manny seems to be one of the few featherweights who doesn't lie about his height.

in fact, comin in at 145, and having fought as low at 130, odh will deserve credit imho if he's able to ko pacquiao.

i think the best odds i've seen are +350 for manny by decision. almost seems like a mistake seeing as how odh has been stopped only once by a light heavy-weight masquerading as a middle-weight - with plenty of juice of course imo.

and nobody's cracked odh's chin. i don't think if anyone does it'll be manny.

It's great that Manny came in on the low end instead of at the limit.

I would give Oscar credit if he wins by KO.

Manny is the best fighter in the world right now, and it is a 2 division jump in weight for a guy whose already undersized, but I still think someone of that calibur shouldn't be soooo underrated.

If it was just a size difference thing, I would agree. However Manny has the worst style possible to fight DLH as well. Manny may have a speed edge but not by that much.

whatever. unlike pbf, pacquiao will actually fight odh. so i say mild credit if he ko's him. major had he tracked down and ko'd that glove-working runner pbf. but even you have to admit that pacquiao's frame, while maybe it's not ideal for 147, doesn't require him to come out looking like vinny paz - one of rjj's best wins. at least pac is in his prime. and doesn't have to come in lookin like a puffy alcoholic or a sawed-off body-builder to make weight.

if odh deserves no credit for a ko, you should watch something else tomorrow night - maybe breakout your recording of rjj's farcicle bout with a mildly decent light-weight - vinny paz.

Manny had ONE Fight @ 135 Against Probably THE WEAKEST Lightweight Beltholder...@ Best, it's PREAMATURE to Act as if Manny was REALLY a Lightweight...It's NOT like he's PROVEN @ that Weight...

Arguably, this is a 3 Division Jump...

He's not "proven" at 135, but he carried the weight well, and beat the piss out of David Diaz. I mean Oscar is a very high class of fighter, even now. But I'm just surprised at how badly people think he's gonna win. I mean is this backlash against Manny for beating fuck out of Marquez/Barrera/Morales?

I don't understand, I know Oscar can KO him with one shot, but has a consensus P4P #1 guy ever been this much of a dog in a fight?

If Manny "Fights" DeLa, he Gets STRETCHED N 3 Rounds MAX...Manny DOESN'T Have the SKILL LEVEL to Fight like Floyd...

U NEVER Hear Roy Jones Fans Thumping their Chests Over Beating the "Great" Vinny Paz...He was CLEARLY an UNDERSIZED Guy & Roy Fans Treat that Win as Such...The WAY Roy Won was Impressive, but it's NOT a Resume Enhancing Win that Roy Fans Bring Up Often...

As for YOU, Not Even a Month Ago YOU were Calling DeLa a "Bitch" for even MAKING this Fight...But as REED Figured, U've Eventually ALLOWED Yourself to Believe the HYPE & IGNORE what U REALLY Know...

N Short, U're Even MORE of a DeLa DICKRIDING SHILL than Jim Lampley is...

REED Certainly ISN'T Providing Any Marquez/Barrera/Morales Backlash...Manny Pac is EASILY 1 of REED's Top 5 CURRENT Fighters...

The # 1 Lb 4 Lb Fighter has RARELY, if EVER, Been a 130 lb'der (w/1 Fight of Lightweight Experience) Meeting a Hall of Fame Caliber Jr. Middleweight @ 147 lbs...

Manny SHOULD B an Underdog...& 1nce the Fight Plays Out, it'll B PAINFULLY Obvious Why...This just Might B the HIGHEST Grossing MISMATCH Ever....
