Not even. The equivalent would be him going up to heavyweight and beating someone like Ibragimov.

.......the essential factor in this fight was the weight.......which we all expected to be the factor that would aid DLH to victory, but it was the complete reverse.....Oscar had nothing.....it is a shame to say so, cos Manny boxed so well but we shouldn't get carried away

Vitlai dominated Peter, Oscar dominated Mayorga. Sounds about right. Ah that´s not even up for debate. Manny ´s resume dwarfs Calzaghe´s.

If Manny doesn't win fighter of the year (Juan Manuel Marquez, David Diaz, Oscar Dela Hoya), that would be ridiculous.

Manny should drop down to 140 and take on ALL comers.

This guy is phenominal. A throwback,..as they say.

btw, Merchant's interview with DLH was terrible....considering that Oscar let on just before the interview that he beat himself, he didn't push Oscar on the weight issue nearly enough......Oscar was very gracious but clearly holding back what he really felt, and Merchant was happy to go along with that
