    FIND ME GUILTY

    SCORE - 8/10

    TYPE - DRAMA/COMEDY

PREMISE - Based on the real life 1980's case of Jack DiNorscio played by Vin Diesel. Jack gets convicted on a RICO case and decides to defend himself during the same trial that his fellow mobsters are also being tried on but with their own seperate lawyers.

CRITIQUE - Great job by Vin Diesel, you could hardly tell it was him. Although this was a very good drama it also was full of comedy thanks to Jack's highly utilized sense of humor. In fact I read somewhere that much of the dialogue came straight from the actual trial. Most of the film takes place in the courtroom and Jack is suck a unique and funny character that each time he stopped speaking in court I found myself anticipating the next time he would. I definitely recommend this movie, especially if you like courtroom dramas.

It was okay. The same tired old story with a cop who's wife got murdered and was betrayed by friend/partner/ etc...

    Soylent Green---8/10

I had heard about the movie here so I knew what the gist of the movie was. It actually made it better! This movie really made me appreciate the 70s movie making and acting even more. Heston did great and the last line of the movie was delivered in a style that I don't think the modern actors could pull off because they would overact the part. I'd like to see a remake of the movie because it definitely would be visually stunning to see nowadays. The tree huggers would love it.

    The Wrestler 9/10

Mickey Rourke plays an over the hill pro wrestler named Randy "The Ram" Robinson, a very likeable character with health and relationship problems. It's a familiar storyline but you cant help but root for this guy to turn things around.

The scenes of him working at the deli counter @ a supermarket is hiliarious.

The scene i like the most is at the end of the movie, when Nixon asked Frost what they talked about in that phone call and Frost simply said "Cheeseburger".

I didn't expect much from this movie being that it is a superhero movie. But It still sucked.

Normally in a superhero movie there is a major villain character but there wasn't any here.

At the beginning is kind of fun to see all the stuff he does as a superhero and his "I don't give a shit about anybody" attitude.

But once the story got going it went nowhere.

One of the worst Will Smith movies I've ever seen. I usually like most of his movies by the way.
