I think the question here is two-part 1) Is Bumphus a better boxer than Breland? he was a skillful boxer, but I would have to say no 2) since he probably can't outbox Breland, does he have the power to stop him and the inclination to go-for-broke in order to do it? again, i would say no Breland is a better boxer and hits hard enough to hurt "Bump City" and I think at some point he does, stopping him in the process... say round 9
