    Morel was in line for the title...so he still would be if Penalosa vacated.

    I thought that this was already a done deal. My sources in Puerto Rico told me that Juanma will fight Peñalosa first and then will face Israel Vazquez in the same card of the Margarito-Cotto rematch in the summer.
