Perhaps on Facebook, but here I would probably see a photoshop from Hanzy in about 10 minutes. No thanks.

Likely, yeah. By March I should be in the high 180s. By April, low 180s. By May, 175 or so.

LOK, if you or Hanzy post this kind of stuff in here, you're getting a vacation. Last warning. If I ban Hanzy for it, then I ban anyone for it. Last warning all around.

Can't the mods just delete the posts? That's what you should do from now on IMO.

The posts are proof of why the person gets a week's vacation. Then, after a suitable amount of time, I'll copy the posts and then delete them.

Have you ever considered running in mud, LOK? I've heard it's like running on rocky terrain. Really kills! Have you gone running through the hills on really rainy/wet days?

I have done some trail running.. uneven ground etc..

and I actually was supposed to do a "mud run" last month but the rest of my team backed out.. it was like a mini tri through mud.

I mostly run now at home on my elipitical machine.. I'll show you it when I do my "cribs" clip..

No probs. Nobody likes being the bad guy. Anyways, my training is going to be pretty spotty for the next week or so because of the new house. I hoping to do some circuit training at lunch, but aside from that, most of my calories are being burned from packing boxes.

I paid for the pool table last night and it is already assembled at the house including billiard lights and such. :cheer:

You have to watch it on trail running. You can seriously screw up an ankle or knee if it is a long trail.

After it is all unpacked, I guess. I wouldn't mind that. The living room has a fireplace with a stonewall that is literally the whole wall. The place just has so much going for it. It's fantastic.

I like to mix it up, I do regular pushups daily but some times will throw these kinda plyo pushups in

Well, in addition to now climbing rope daily (and it is tough on the hands even with work gloves), I have a Big 9 routine that I do daily because I often get too busy in the office to always make it to the gym. Over the past few months I've seen significant improvement:

    Big 9
    1. HSPUs
    2. Leg Raise and Hold
    3. Crunches
    4. Pushups
    5. Pullups
    6. Dips between Benches
    7. One-legged Squats
    8. Plank (forearms on group with only forearms and toes touching)
    9. Wall Sit (back against wall and upper thighs perpendicular to the floor)
