BTW, I'll just mention that I'm surprised no one's talked about the part on Jin in the article.

I don't really see the connection between DLH's crossdressing photos which most people did not believe were real and his boxing career. Just like HBO never asked Holyfield how a such a Christian man can have 47 kids from 35 different women. It didn't mean shit as far as boxing went.

But Mosley was a lightweight champion who successfully jumped to 147 in one fell swoop and eventually up to 154 and was still an elite fighter after jumping three weight classes. His name has been involved in the BALCO scandal for over five years now. It DOES relate to his boxing career.

I'm not accusing or saying Shane what he did because of roids or whatever but I'm saying considering the circumstances of his career and that these accusations have been tied to him for years, I don't think HBO are singling him out or playing favorites with others.

IMO, you can't compare something like this to something in a fighter's personal life/sex life.

I'm hoping for a fantastic fight, because it has the potential provided that Shane can find a way to land consecutive punches. If he can't (and he barely showed a glimpse of that in his last fight) then Margarito controls the pace, and Shane does enough to survive but not nearly enough to win.

Most people didn't believe the photos? I don't believe that one bit. Do most people care? Different question.

don't know about that but is it just me or has Mosley been fighting a lot lately? The sense I get is definitely that the "gravy train" you speak of is being milked (pardon the mixed metaphor) by JIn. I don't think it is good for Mosley to be fighting as often as he has the last few years.

Translation: I always knew Margarito was a 1 dimensional punching bag. Mosley is a great fighter with the tools to do what I knew he could do. I never doubted Mosley in this fight.

Cotto's not as fast as Mosley, nor is he as physically strong... and above all... he's not nearly as TOUGH as Shane... physically or mentally.

If theres anybody that CAN win a rematch, its Shane in a rematch with Cotto. I REFUSE to believe that Miguel is better than Sugar Shane.... and Shane had Cotto in the late rounds, but for some reason just didnt step on the gas.

If Shane fought with the fire he had tonight, he woulda beaten Phony to taking Miguel's "0".

I don't think Cotto beat him thefirst time. I thought it was a draw. I honestly, think less of Cotto than most of you think of Margarito. I still can't believe Mosley didn't beat Cotto easily.

I dunno why he let up on him late. Thats unlike Shane. Usually when he senses a guy slowing, he becomes a killer. But for some reason, that night, he didnt.

I dont think he'd make the same mistake twice. Plus Cotto is softened up now.
