w/Hatton & Manny Pac Tied Up, Floyd Now has a MARKETABLE Dance Partner...& Since Shane's Getting a Divorce, he Probably NEEDS All the Big Money Fights he can Get...

Why Not Floyd vs. Shane this Summer, w/the Winner Facing the Hatton-Pac Winner N the Fall???....

If he's smart, Floyd doesn't want any part of this version of Shane.

Floyd easily destroys Shane. Too quick for this version of Shane. Hell, Cotto was too sharp for Shane.

I'm not saying PBF would be destroyed or anything but after a 2 year layoff, Shane isn't a fighter you'd want to face.

Well Shane tonight hit a new note as far as I am concerned. He showed real intelligence and finess.

If Shane moves along this trajectory and Floyd stumbles in half ass it might be interesting.

At any rate Floyd is not Margarito: Speed does not kill him (Judah), he is not weak to the body, he has strength (more than most people realize) and he is smart in the ring in a way that Shane was perhaps for the first tie tonight....

I think it could potentially be a great fight

Floyd now has two people to put on his hit list. Pac and Mosley and both are winnable fights for him. I am very impressed with SSM tonight though.

Mayweather used to say " Be ready in order to avoid getting ready."

He hasn't fought in a long time. One thing is for sure, if he is coming back, he will be READY before he announces any plans to fight again.

Shane's divorce might have HELPED. No disrespect. Sometimes interferences in focus are better off dealt with a clean BREAK.

Shane has no shot here. His reflexes are not there anymore and he would need them. Prime for prime Mosley might even win, now styles play against him. He wouldn't be landing at will in that fight

If Cotto comes back and doesn't look too diminished against Jennings, I'd like to see Cotto-Mosley II.

But for this fight, I'd have to go with Mayweather.

Floyd's little bitch ass won't come back. He's obsessed with his little record and don't wanna mess that up since his whole pathetic legacy rides on it.
He barely edged out a shot DLH in a fight even his Pops publicly said he should've lost.
All you got now are his die-hard fans who think he's got winnable fights in front of him when really the guy is scared to f*ck of meeting a real challenger.
Legends fight wars, they win some and lose some. Nothing wrong with losing a fight. Floyd ain't fought no wars, never come back from being down, took safe fights against bums, never wanted to test his mettle against a real warrior, ducked Margarito for years, didn't wanna test Cotto or Shane....face it, he's a joke! His legacy spirals further down the sh*t hole day by day.
Nobody will ever remember Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Pac took a massive dump on his legacy back in November and last night, Shane did the same by smacking around a beast who had Floyd sh*tting himself at the thought of facing.
What the f*ck is Floyd's legacy exactly, REED? What's this fool actually done that warrants him P4P anything? What warriors has he beaten? What epic battles has he fought? Bumdomir? f*ckin' Judah? Gatti? Old man Oscar? Please!!!

    Would love to see it.

Floyd would be too quick, too sneaky, too smart and too skilled at the end.

His bitch ass don't want none of Shane. Shane would f*ckin' murder him! The fact that Floyd retired is proof that he's a bitch, because he doesn't wanna fight the big boys who could Knock his ducking ass the f*ck out!

No Doubt, Floyd's Legacy has Taken a HIT...WASTING all of 2008 was his BIGGEST Crime...

But it's STILL In HIS Hands to RECTIFY...If he BEATS Sugar Shane this Summer & Manny Pac this Fall (ASSuming Pac Beats Hatton N May), then the Boxing World is 1nce Again FLOYD's Oyster...

After That, MAYBE a Cotto Fight (ASSuming Cotto's Redeemed Himself Against Margarito) & then TRUE Retirement...

Having Said All that, Floyd's Legacy is MUCH Better than Margarito's:lol:...If Floyd Fights & BEATS that Guy that WHIPPED Margarito, NOBODY But YOU will Give a Shit that he "Ducked" Margarito...Some of Us have Had Margarito PEGGED for Years...

Don't be relying on Shane's whipping of Margarito as a way to justify Floyd's duck job of Margarito all these years, Reed. That's a bitch move. The fact is, Floyd didn't take care of his work in front of him and not only that, he talked a lot of sh*t but didn't do sh*t.
And all we got now is a whole lot of "coulda would shoulda' from his crazy fans and giving him props for sh*t he hasn't done.
I don't even know why you made this thread, to be honest. Didn't the fool say he's done with boxing? And now that he's dead broke, is he prepared to go 12 hardcore weeks in a boxing camp to pay back the 9 mill in debt he owes?
He's gonna get KTFO! :kidcool: And he don't want any of Shane before. Hell he didn't even call out Pacquaio yet.

Last time I checked, Floyd tucked his tail between his legs and retired when Cotto, Margarito, and Williams were out there for him.

Hey REED, what's with the proper pronounciation of Margarito's name? I thought you called him Margarita?

There was no f*ckin' contracts from Mayweather to fight anybody. Stop talkin' sh*t. It was about as legitimate as Roy offering Lennox 100 mill to fight in 2003. We all know Roy didn't want none.
Furthermore, Floyd's history proves he's not willing to fight a real fighter. And I can just imagine the terms of his contract offered to Shane. 80-20 which Shane would laugh at and throw back in his face.
Get your bitch hero to come to the ring and face Shane now if he's willing. Or at the least, go fight Shane's scraps in Margarito. Maybe now he'll find some balls and take the fight.

U Can TROLL til the Wheels Fall Off, Hanz...Regardless, Floyd would've OUTCLASSED Margarito 12-0 or 10-2 @ Worst...

& if Floyd BEATS that Guy that WHIPPED Margarito, Only Floyd HATERS will Still Cling to the Fact that he Didn't Fight Margarito...Shane Mosley is a BETTER, More ACCOMPLISHED Fighter than Margarito...& Now, he's "The MAN" @ 147...

Margarito's BIGGEST Problem is that he Could NEVER Maintain TRUE Relevance, N Terms of Being Somebody Top Welters HAD to Fight...

Once again, as we've been down this road several times. Shane had already said before their was a Mayweather fight offered that he would not be fighting anymore that year and would be taking off to spend time with his family right after having gone through with 2 back to back fights against Vargas. So could you guys please stop using that bullshit "loose tooth excuse" like it's true.

BSBSBSBSBS Floyd fought everyone that would fight him. He did not fight Marg who was not even a champ, but he did offer Cotto a fight and Arum turned it down. Floyd never ducked anyone (instead of using the symbol I am going to say) Period!

IF Floyd comes back and fights Pacquiao, people will say that he's afraid of Mosley.

IF Floyd comes back and fights Mosley, it's because he's afraid of Margarito or Cotto or Paul Williams.

It won't end, but I will say if PBF doesn't come back at all, that he's a bitch and let the boxing world and especially his fans down.
