Nazim Richardson is this guy under-rated as a trainer...cause he came up w/ some good game plans for both Hop and Mosley....who else does he train...?
Yeah, I'd say he is, but it's probably just because he's just starting out with big names as a head trainer.A lot of the old school trainers like Buddy and Manny seem to be shot so that opens the door for the next wave of trainers. I remember in the lead up to this fight just reading everything Nazim was saying had me thinking Shane might have a good chance with as much as Nazim talked about the gameplan. Also believe this if you want but I had a feeling Shane might win this fight. Often when things seem too obvious and a guy is being given no chance like Shane was, it often doesn't go as expected. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to jinx Shane.
I was tired as hell yesterday had to go work the next day at 4am...so i really didn't feel like watching the fight...but i stayed up.....for weeks after Cotto vs. Margarito my co-worker were busting my balls about it....but i kept telling them watch Margarito in his next fight...just watch 'em..Cotto lose the battle but won the war...**i truely believe that their fight took something out of both fighters**So i stayed up thinking of what might be...
Rock Allen & Karl Dargan, Both PHILLY Guys... Rock has a Twin Brother that Boxed Ammy, Named Tiger....Nazim was Training them Back Then & Would have Tiger WEIGH IN for Rock, so he'd Qualify... REED::
Unless I have the story wrong, Nazim is not only Rock's trainer but also his father (and obviously Tiger's as well)
