I just got off the phone with the NABF Light Heavyweight Champion and he sends his best to the lot of you and asks you all to watch him take down NABA Champion Yusaf Mack this Friday on ESPN 2's Main Event.

Chris knows that Mack is a good fighter and is not taking this man lightly at all, and he knows this may sound cliched, but he has had his best training camp thus far in his professional career and is seething at the bit to get his fists on Yusaf.

He is leaving tomorrow morning for Baltimore and is in fantastic condition and is confident he will score another big and brutal knockout on FNF.

Jake will be there covering all of the action as only he can, and I am sure he will provide us all here with some insight after the fight.

it is a shame that all of the top light heavyweights display abject cowardice when ever the name HARD HITTIN' Henry is mentioned.

    Ain't it, though.

If you ever meet Chris in person, you will know why.

He looks like a bigger, longer limbed and taller Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, and his baleful stare intimidates his opponents and sends chills through their spines.

    C'mon Karl.

I think boxing is beyond fighters being intimidated by physical appearances.

What fighters do in the ring may intimidate......but scary looks don't,
    anymore.

but if ya gotta look like someone as a fighter,........a bigger, longer limbed and taller Hurricane ain't too bad for ya.

I appreciate your point bro, but Chris is a Beast!

He will break down Mack and likely injure him badly, perhaps permanently.

Chris can project that "Sonny Listonesque" staredown quite effectively.

He intimidates some of the media here, but not me of course, that goes without saying.

I had to amend this Joe, he wouldn't do that as he simply does not have the time, but will most likely consent to doing your radio show as he has done a prior one here with Carlos and I last year.

Henry would wanna get chinny ass Mack out of there. Yusef is a decent fighter, but nothing more. Good fighters beat him and beat him well.

If anything, Mack can hit. I don't see Andrade get dropped often and Mack had him on the canvas. If Henry can take out Mack within 6 I'd be impressed.

I've got Henry in TKO8. Mack has better skill and talent but Chris will break him down mentally with pressure and big bombs. Now that I've said that; they should both know I welcome a fight from either of the two after friday.:warning:

Mack is a really good boxer with a nice style, excellent counterpuncher.

We have noticed a glaring flaw in Mack however, and Chris is going to be looking to exploit that Friday.

Both guys may be hurt in this one, but we think that Chris is more durable, stronger, and better conditioned than Yusaf, and can take his incoming while Mack can't take Chris'.

One thing is for sure, it should be one hell of a fight.

Once he shivers him to his abject coward core with that baleful stare, it should be over quickly

    Steak Dinner

Me and Mack's manager have a steak dinner with all of the trimmings bet on the outcome of this fight.

I like mine Mexican style Rory, T-Bone with rice and beans, salsa and an ice cold draft beer (or three) to wash it all down with.

I put 500 on Henry to win back 800. If I could have I would have bet more but it was at sportsbook. henry should have the right style to win as long as he can keep the pressure on without getting KO'ed.
