Personally, I just don't see it happening, but it would be awesome if it did.

I read this earlier today, also noticed Dana White has almost completely changed his tune on Fedor:

“You can just tell when you see this guy — I will tell you, he’s a bad mother[expletive]. You can just tell by looking at him,†White said two weeks ago in an interview on “The Bubba the Love Sponge Show†on Sirius Satellite Radio.

“He’s been considered one of the best in the world for a long time,†White later added. “I’d put him in there against whoever’s the top guy at that time. I’d put him in against whoever the top guy is… There’s a lot of possibilities for Fedor.â€

 Looks like Dana White either got threatened by Fedor or is finally opening his eyes.

Be great if it happened, but I can't see Dana sarificing Brock in this bout. Maybe Fedor is all about joining the UFC? Well see.

The UFC's heavyweight division is on life support right about now. And Brock Lesnar might get his leg broken by Frank Mir. If there's anybody who should be scared in this match, it's Lesnar. He has no submissions that'll scare Mir whereas Mir has 1001 ways to snap any of Lesnar's limbs. Lesnar's gonna try to end it on the feet or get Mir down and do some GnP and hope the ref stops it.

The Fact that Fedor is Considering this Tells REED that Affliction DOESN'T have Much of a Future...

This is risky.Fedor can single handedly end the UFC's chances of building a respectable weight class.

Exactly. And the fact that Dana White is talking positively about Fedor makes me think he has a feeling that he thinks Fedor in the UFC might actually happen.

Personally I'd be stoked to see Fedor fight Mir or Lesnar. Both would be challenging. What I'd love to see is Fedor fight Couture and then face the winner of Mir-Lesnar. What a perfect world that would be.

I have always thought there might be a chance for this if Affliction had nothing left to offer Fedor. This would be a perfect fight for UFC 100:partie:
