I just read a Vernon Forrest update where he said he has an upcoming date for Showtime but has not been presented with an opponent yet. If it was a few months from now then he could fight Angulo.

 

Forrest should be fighting Martinez, the interim.

Angulo is in the number one slot for that belt and Dzinziruk's...if Forrest isn't ready, maybe he can call out Sergei.

 

Sometime in 2010...Probably the END of 2010...

I don't see angulo improving a whole lot from what he is now. as he steps up he'll be involved in some hard, career shortening fights. i'll be surprised if he beats anyone as good as clottey, martinez or cotto
