rayLEASE NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMOVABITCH! :shit::shit::shit: http://www.primerahora.com/acciondeportiva/boxeo
I hope this is true. I like nothing more than seeing Tito getting beat which happened ever single time he fought a genuine word class fighter. Does "El Verdugo" mean executioner in Spanish. I never knew that. Tito say he needs 5 or 6 months to train according to the article. I hope they meant lifetimes.
All you haters are going to be in for a big surprise when Tito beats Hopkins and all you will hear is Hopkins turn old. Forget the Tito of old. This is the back-to-basics Tito. Watch the Puerto Rican legend put on a clinic en route to beating Hopkins in a lopsided decision. I'll bet money on it Cupey
More of Hopkins crafty, cunning brilliance, this time with the choice of opponent,.. he's kind of like Wlad, only he clinches more, runs more, fouls more, throws less punches, and barely ever knocks his opponent out, infact, he isn't really like Wlad at all?, and thank god for that, because all Wlad does is fight like a cautious bitch and hold.
::Can't argue with your loyalty. Your backing Tito until the end as usual.:kidcool: HE'S BACK!:notallthere:
It is only a matter of time until mother nature eventually catches up with old man Hopkins - I keep expecting him to take a beating - then he schools the middleweight champion. ::
Jesus PR is all over this...how can there be a dam Buzz in the air for this....Fucks Sake. http://www.primerahora.com/diario/noticia/boxeo/acciondeportiva/la_revancha_entre_tito_y_hopkins_comienza_a_negociarse/292197
i wonder if Tito really thinks he can win. when he fought Wright it was as if he expected to lose. his performance against RJJ was a little better - it was surprising to see him out-box RJJ for at least a portion of the fight. Hopkins is not the same fighter he was when he first beat Tito. Neither is Tito, of course. But Tito's good at making opponents pay for holding him. If he can get that grappling sucker off him consistently he could out-work the Hopkins of today.
:laughing::laughing::laughing: Tito didnt outbox shit. Roy was barely even trying the first 3 rounds.... once he did... Tito was helpless.
Even in defeat Tito did look good against RJ. But Tito has been away from boxing way too long. He has been on a losing streak. I hope this is not one of them cases where a boxer dosent know when to hang them up.
I wonder if Tito will be a 4-1 favorite again? Freakin' Bernard. The "Tito Trinidad Bank of Puerto Rico" falls on him yet again. ::
if Tito were serious about this he should at least take 2-3 espn tuneup fights to get back to form. At least go a few rounds to shake off the rust. He has been way too inconsistent.
Great fight! Hopefully the winner gets to face Evander Holyfield. The loser can drop down in weight and fight Arturo Gatti. TFK
Doub's ALWAYS Trying to Sneak that Shit in, when he Talks about Roy vs. Tito...ALL Tito Did was Land Some Bodyshots as Roy Layed on the Ropes Covering Up...But Apparently that Equates to "OutBoxing" Somebody... REED::
I think people are confusing outboxing with outfighting. Trinidad outworked Roy Jones and was ahead, IMO, before the first knockdown where I felt Roy got his confidence. Still, Trinidad boxed very well and it was Roy's speed that made the difference. Trinidad also moved around the ring well and caught Roy several times with good shot. Overall it was a fun fight and the Trinidad fans came out knowing that Trinidad's changes in his corner helped. Cupey
I agree here. I also thought Tito did very well considering the layoff and the new weight class. I still don't see anyone give Tito any credit for the way he fought.
I actually like this fight. Let's say (though it won't happen) Trinidad lucks up and beats Hopkins. It shits on everything Hopkins has done in the past few years.
