Come on Mex, give the fucker some credit. I'm no great fan of Froch's, but he showed great courage tonight. He was, really, out speeded and out punched, but he still kept coming and he sparked him out.

You said he was a farmer Mex. No farmer beats Taylor.

But still, credit where credit is due, I have a bit more respect for Frock now.

I thought Taylor would dominate him.

Froch showed heart and deserved the win.

I just did, I don't like his retarded farmer style, but he is clearly a solid fighter.

He did show a lot of courage, and importantly, DESERVED the win, seeing as hillbilly Jermain stopped fighting after round 6.

Still, purely in regards to his power? It's nothing special, I think Pavlik hits considerably harder, and so does Kessler.

Agreed. I like his confidence alot.. and he obviously has heart. Kessler has waaaayy too many tools for him though.

Bute would likely outbox him as well... but I give Froch a chance with Bute.

It may be a mental thing,..an execution thing,.. like his life long struggles with stuttering,.. maybe mentally, he seizes up in the same way,... and the inner turmoil has a profound effect on his stamina.

...I am bitterly,... bitterly dissapointed.... and ...am really unsure how Taylor can come back from this... I thought he was on his way back,..was in the right frame of mind to look spectacular in destroying this ordinary defence free scrub,...

Kessler kills him. No doubt about it. But I thought Froch would lose and he showed unbelievable heart. I was very impressed with Froch tonight- he was MILES down early but gave it everything, on US soil, and pulled it out.

Apparently the cards had Froch four rounds down going into the 12th. Strange.

Yup, quickly. For all that Joe takes shit for his apparent 'slapping', he'd hit Froch easier than Taylor did early doors and, unlike JT, he doesn't tire late on. In fact, he tends to adapt and strengthen as the fight goes on.

If Joe can drop Lacy and Eubanks, then he hits, hurts and STOPS Froch, Inside seven or eight rounds.

That isn't to detract from Froch's performance tonight. I had a funny feeling he might just win it all late and I was very impressed with his heart and determination to win. But Kessler beats him very handily. And Joe, if Joe could be arsed to come back, would demolish Froch. Seriously, Mr REED, it would be a mess...
