His dilz shrunk because he got too fat, and given his posting history he probably lied and packs a 3 incher in reality.

    1) Ricky Hatton always looks bad against southpaws
    2) Ricky Hatton has abandoned the non-stop mauling he had coming up in favor of a more "skillful" approach
    3) Ricky Hatton is baffled by movement
    4) Ricky Hatton comes in wildly and is proe to counters
    5) Ricky Hatton has looked sluggish in every outing post-Tszyu, save the JLC fight, a fight against a guy made to order.
    6) Manny Pacquiao is a southpaw
    7) Manny Pacquiao will hit you...often
    8) Manny Pacquiao has arguably the fastest hands in boxing, and beat up the same DLH that went 12 with Mayweather

Do you see how this works? You actually look at the styles, rather than whose dick you'd like in your ass (paying attention REED?)

The ONLY way Hatton is even competitive is if Manny has an awful night AND Ricky goes back to how he fought 5 years ago AND the referee doesn't enforce the rules.

Because if this becomes a boxing match at mid-range, it won't go 8 rounds.

Why should it be a mid-range fight? Fighting at close quarters is a part of boxing too, in fact it is a big part of it. Enforcing the rules does not mean stopping the action whenever fighters shoulders touch. If the ref does that, then of course it will be an easy fight for Manny. But as you said, hopefully the rules will be followed instead

As of late, Hatton has tried to win fights at mid range. He can get away with that against Juan Lazcano, he will get murdered if and when he tries it with Pac. And with Mayweather sr. in his corner, you can be sure he's been working on things from that distance.

Hatton held and humped Ruiz style against Tszyu.

I would think that Hatton's coaching team will realize this too and make a battle plan for this fight. They know who they are facing

Sure, when you list every advantages Manny has, overlook Hatton's advantages and only list his shortcomings, yeah this is an easy fight to pick.

Tactically, how Is Hatton going to have success.

Again keep in mind he's looked awful against EVERY southpaw he's ever faced.

We all know that this fight depends on who Lok or Double L picks. I hope lOK AND DOUBLE L pick Hatton. Teddy Atlas, the new Kellerman, (he has quietly missed the last 10 major fights) picked Hatton. All we need is the triple alliance of jinx to be alligned and it is over. I have a horrible feeling Double L is going to pick Pacman though, meaning Pac might end up in the morgue.

By rushing close and working there. Keep in ming that so far nobody has been able to keep Hatton off. Not even Mayweather did that, he just was able to deal with Ricky up close. Whether or not Manny can is a question mark

I absolutely reek at picking fights lately, it's been getting progressively worse for 5 fucking years. That said my problem is generally that I just pick who I want to win every time. This being a fight where I don't really have a strong preference either way I'm hoping I can stop the rot.

    My Pick: Pacquiao KO 7

But Hatton doesn't fight inside. He doesn't know how. He's a hit and hold spurt fighter who begins his attack from mid-distance, leaps in with a power shot (or a jab :atu:) literally, and then proceeds to hold his opponent so as to get a rest, prevent his opponent from countering, get in a few shots while he holds his opponent (referee permitting), and then nods to the referee to break them.

Hatton does NOT know how to fight.

    1) the Southpaw he fought are completely different fighters than Pac. So yeah, it is still a relevant point given he had close fights against them but I wouldn't bank on that to call it an easy fight for Pac.

    2) As I said earlier, I don't believe it will be as easy for Pac to move in and out against Hatton as it was against DLH.

    3) Hatton has very good footspeed and I don't think Manny will be able to keep him at mid range for the whole fight.

    4) I'm pretty sure Hatton is stronger and it's a fact he's rougher and dirtier at close range. I think Hatton has the advantage at close range.

    5) How manny will react to Hatton's body punches?

    6) Will Hatton's leaping jab be effective against Manny? I could see that.

    7) Is Manny's power enough to discourage Hatton? Will it be effective against him? Hatton certainly faced bigger punchers throughout his career and was only stopped once.

I see it as a close fight personally, you can disagree for the reason you listed but it doesn't convince me. I don't see it as a foregone conclusion at all.

True. Being able to get in close and cut off the ring is probably Hatton's best asset.

As you say, even Floyd - the king of movement - wasn't able to keep Hatton off him, and evade him. But to my surprise he managed to just outhustle out rough Hatton up on the inside.

The difference in this fight is Pacman has supreme handspeed and takes more risks than Floyd. Pacman can't fight inside, but I am sort of banking on Pacman's fast, hard, accurate straight left and right hook making Hatton think twice about rushing in anyway. I'm also banking on Pacman having extremely fast feet, and doing a better job than Floyd at evading Hatton and countering.

Because if Pacman can't find a way to keep Hatton off him, and repeatedly lets Hatton get inside for some mauling, then it'll be an easy fight in Hatton's favour.

Not even close. Oscar weighed in at a comfortable weight of 154 against Mayweather. Then he comes in at 145 for Pac? A weight he hasn't made in how many years? He then puts on ZERO weight overnight?

You've got to be high to think the version of Oscar that fought Pac was the same one who fought Mayweather. Not to mention it was 2 years ago he fought Floyd.

How did he manage to KO Castillo with 1 punch then, and beat all his other opponents apart from Floyd, most of them by KO?

For All your "Styles" HOGWASH, What U've FAILED to Point Out is that Hatton is a BIG, STRONG Jr. Welter & Manny is 100% UNproven Against this Sort...Speaking of "Dick N Ass", is it True that U're SUCH a DeLa DickRider, U Actually Dressed in DRAG Last Halloween N his "Honor"???...

Sorry, but Manny Pac DID NOT Face "The Same" DeLa that Floyd Went 12 w/:nono:...DeLa Actually ATTACKED Floyd, Actually WENT to Floyd's Body, Actually WEIGHED 154 OR MORE & DIDN'T have VISIBLE I.V. Tracks in his Fucking Arms...Manny Fought DeLa @ a Weight he HASN'T Campaigned @ for HALF a Fucking Decade OR MORE, yet YOU Think it was "The Same" DeLa that Floyd Fought???...

    DUMBASS...

    1. Even @ LOWER Weights, Manny Pac has NEVER Reacted Well to Over-the-Top Aggression &/or Borderline Dirty Tactics...Ricky Hatton is CLOSER to a British HOOLIGAN than a Tea & Crumpets Guy & As Such HE WILL Make the Effort to ROUGH Manny Up...He'll Apologize AFTERWARDS, but DURING the Fight, Hatton will Have the UTMOST CONTEMPT for Manny Pac...

    2. Even @ LOWER Weights, Manny Pac HASN'T Taken Body Shots All that Well...Ricky Hatton WILL B the Most CONSISTENT & HARDEST Body Puncher Manny's ever, Ever, EVER Faced...

    3. Despite the Aforementioned Edge N SIZE & STRENGTH, Let's NOT Pretend that Hatton is DEVOID of Hand & Footspeed Himself...Faster than Manny???...No, but Fast Enough to Make it MATTER...

    4. Though Hatton's Skin is TISSUE PAPER, it's NOT Like Manny HASN'T been Cut Many Times Himself...This Could B a BLOODY Fight for BOTH Guys...

    5. Let's Face it, Manny ONLY Took the DeLa Fight for the Money...& his HUNGER has Been Noticeably DIPPING for the Last Couple Years...Is Manny WILLING to DIG DEEP & Fend Off a Rabidly Aggressive Bigger Man that's FLIRTING w/the Rules???...

    6. NOBODY Knows for Sure if Manny's TRUELY Carried his Power UP w/Him...& if he CAN'T Hurt Hatton, he's TOAST...

Duly Note that REED PICKED Manny by an 8th or 9th Round Stoppage, but Acting like this is an EASY Fight to Predict OR that Manny will have an EASY Time w/Hatton is NATHAN More than NUTHUGGERY for Pac, CONTEMPT for Hatton or Good Ol' Fashioned Boxing IDIOCY...

    Take your Pick...

when will you disappear again? it was pleasant not having to scroll through your dribble, most of which is said strictly for shock value or to be controversial. it probably has something to do with the trailer-park upbringing you had in which your parents knew right off the bat you weren't worth the shit in your diaper.

i think the main point of reference there is Collazo. but there were other factors at play there too - for example the fact that the fight occurred at 147.

still, Hatton is so over-rated it's not even funny.

to me, a good competitive fight involving Hatton at this point in his career would've been against a guy like Ward or Gatti when they were at the top of their games at 140.

but against a guy like Pacquiao he's in way over his head.
