Would he be more conservative, & try and "box" more? (Taylor would have won had he survived another 15 secs)-If he hadn't tried to slug it out in that last round, it may have bought him those 15 secs.

-If so, in a re, could he keep Froch off. (Froch would be more confident, Jermaine less.)

Can Taylor box more is the question. Boxing was supposed to be his gameplan for the first Froch fight but he couldn't execute it because in reality he can't box. He's a fighter not a boxer. The only part of Taylor's game that shows he boxes is his jab. So since he can't box any better than he did, he'll just once again wind up in a tough guy competition which he'd likely get KO'd in again. His best move would be to go back to 160. Better to not be able to box down there.

The fact that Taylor was four points up going into the last on two cards was nothing short of a DISGRACE. There were lots of tough rounds to score, and plenty of close rounds, but there is no way that Froch should have been four points down.

Also, Taylor didn't have fifteen seconds; he was two seconds from falling face first onto the canvas. Froch hit him flush with three HUGE shots after the KD and Jermaine was absolutely gone. You can even see him keeling over towards the canvas as the ref steps in.

Anyway, I think Froch wins the Re. He lost a lot of ground early and looked very tense and nervous, but as the fight wore on his confidence visibly grew. He'd have that from the outset a second time around and that would be a key factor IMHO.

If Taylor tried to box a bit more Froch would just up the pressure. Jermain was succesfull when he made Froch wary of him with big right hands and left hooks, not jabs and movement.

A rematch would produce another close fight.

I would definitely pick Taylor in a rematch. He's clearly the better fighter but he's got horrible stamina.

Why would there be a rematch. Frock was the champion and he knocked out the challenger. Not only that, Froch was about to get robbed if he didn't stop him. I think Jt should challenge Abraham and he will be a player again. Even he could not lose to shitty smurf.

Taylor would get KO'd in less than eight rounds.

Froch knows he can handle Jermain's power and knows a faster pace tires Jermain faster.

Taylors stamina is terrible,he should really consider retiring or fight fighters that won't pressure him

But it is easier to look like "the better fighter" when you only get things done for five rounds. Being a better fighter considers whole fights

Why did Taylor move up in weight anyway? He's just a couple years removed from barely beating jrmiddles? :dunno:

Abraham would knock him out in even more spectacular fashion than Pavlik or Froch. Of course he wouldn't get dropped in the process and stagger around like a motherfucker since his defense and chin is much better and it would not take him 12 rounds...

It's sadly down hill from here for Jermaine,.. I had the impression that he was as hungry as ever, had the best training camp, was in a great frame of mind,.. and if he was going to fulfill his potential, this fight against a hands down scrub, pardon the pun, was the fight to do it,..and for 4 rounds it certainly looked like he was destined for great things,... then something alarming occurred,..he just...stopped,.. Im not sure he means to 'stop' in the same way he doesn't mean to freeze up through a sentence,.. I think Jermaine has been deteriorating mentally for quite some time,... he can continue to train hard, have the best camp ever,.. etc..but the demons are always going to come back and cut him down on the night of the fight, and I dont want to see him, take the route of Zab Judah, Id prefer he retire and persue other interests, like social work, making use of his farm, and feeding his community.

I'd pick Abraham to clean Taylor's clock.

Abraham is a puncher, and with Taylor's shit defense, stamina, and mediocre chin.. I cant pick him over a puncher.

Well, he was 15 seconds away from winning the decision. I give credit to Froch, he's a good fighter.

I doubt you have seen Arthur Abraham who I might add LOST the first fight to Edison Miranda in any other venue except the one he fought in.

He lost to Howard Eastman in any other venue except the one he fought in.

He would lose or draw with Kofi Jantuah(BTW the "Puncher" could not come close to stopping Kofi something Daniel sANTOS err manuel gomez did DID BRUTALLY)

aBRAHAM IS NOT A PUNCHER. He is a sloth that occasionally lands a wild haymaker after doing nothing for 25 seconds.

Jt would have no problem with sucky smurf, none.

:lol:eek:K Manuel Gomez did what Abraham couldn't do. I am old and that was some time ago. I forgot how much you love Abraham, thinking he would beat Hagler like you.

"Daft" :atu::atu:Only queers who live by West Hollywood park use that word, oops. Sorry, for my error.

you just make daft comments on a regular basis because you don't know much about boxing, and you are deluded when it comes to any italian boxer.

tell us more about how hematoma mesi would beat arreola

:lol:I know plenty about boxing. I made an error. I knew Kofi had been stopped at a lesser weight.

I don't even know how to answer I favor Italian Boxers.

Arreola is a fat big. Mesi was more of a contender than this pig ever will be.

I doubt Taylor wins a re. Mentally prior to this fight he seemed happy to be in a big fight again, IMO that isn't a good sign.

you often expose your lack of knowledge. obviously you didn't see the gomez-jantuah fight. as for hematoma mesi, you claimed he'd beat arreola if they fought today, you dullard.
