So how far gone was DLH going into the fight? His previous fight with Forbes was @ 150. I think it may be more of underestimating Pacquiao than it is about DLH's issues, DLH never looked good against a good southpaw, and I think it's safe to say Pacquiao is by far the best southpaw he faced.

but in terms of when he fought who, Manny has just looked better and better as he's moved up, Pernell was...well...the Whitaker who was a fluke KO away from losing to Diosbelys Hurtado.

So WHENEVER U Wanna ADDRESS Roach's "I.V." Comment in Regards to DeLa, Feel Free...This is "Only" like the 4th Time REED has Asked...

Excellent southpaw, speed, skills, but more elusive. He certaintly didn't have a punch.

Manny Pacquiao was roughly two and a half years removed from losing at 130 because he was too small.

No, but he was actually the size of a human adult male, albeit barely.

Why do you think he lost the first fight to Erik Morales? It was a VERY wide spread opinion that Pacquiao simply didn't have the size in his first fight at 130.

I simply don't think DLH is as shot as some others think.

Yeah, good call. He's been as effective as David Diaz always.

Do U Think the Pre-Fight Use of an "I.V." (N the Words of Manny Pac's TRAINER, NOT REED) Might SLIGHTLY Suggest that DeLa Was HAMPERED that Night???...

That fight was a close one. I never thought Manny was too small for 130, but I wondered if he could retain his power at 130 and 135.

It was a CLEAR Loss for Manny Pac..."Close" N the Sense that Manny Didn't Get DOMINATED, but it's NOT like there was Any Doubt about the Verdict...

There is little question that Oscar would lose every round to Jose Armando Santa Cruz at any point in his career, but do you think he would have scored a late KO like his equal David Diaz?

What does any of this have to do with DLH being shot?

I really don't see how the fight being close is relevant to what I'm saying. He lost the fight, clearly, and most fans felt it had a lot to do with Manny being too small.

I'm not making any of this up m'man.

Or, as my brother and I contend, it was against a great fighter, in a fight where Manny received a very bad cut which affected his vision severely, in which he lost.

Any question about who the better fighter was, was taken care of in the rematches.

As far as the prediction goes:

    Pacquiao TKO 4

Hatton is basura against southpaws. I don't know if Hatton will attempt to hold and hit Pac or not though he probably should attempt to bully him, but IMO he will not last the distance. He will get cut and hit with something he doesnt see coming.

WOW...U're DODGING Questions as if they're BULLETS...

It has EVERYTHING to Do w/DeLa's Performance on the Night of the Fight...Even Roach HIMSELF Realized it, ACKNOWLEDGED It & Smartly INSTRUCTED Manny to Take Advantage of it...Or Do U FAIL to See how it can B BAD For a Fighter if he's Soooooooo WEAKENED that MEDICAL REPLENISHMENT is Required???...

Dude...you said DLH was a "shell". Is your definition of a fighter who is a "shell" of himself still pretty good? I've always thought when a fighter is referred to as a "shell" it means that fighter's skills are diminished by a considerable degree.
