Pac by knockout and 990 times out of a thousand.

I miss Diego. He was easy to root for and fought in an appealing style. I give him no shot at any weight against Pacman. Pacman by kayo early, late but by kayo.

Easy, easy, easy, easy fight for Pacman.

Pacman by KO in 6-8 rounds.
But...Corrales always had a punchers chance...but its all he has.

Ok and that is why he'd win 10 times out of 1000,imo. Seriously, Corrales has no defense , especially versus Southpaws and no chin.Pacman nearly stopped the great JM Marquez in one. He stops Corrales and Imo early, but he would stop.

Corrales never met a straight left hand he didn't love to get smashed in the face with and he'd have many opportunities to get smashed in the face with Pacquiao's

Corrales was a great hitter, particualry with the left hook, but his chin was very shaky and he could do nothing when faced with aggressive SPEED... this is a horrible matchup for him, I think he gets annihlated

Pac's speed will cause havoc but like mentioned before Corrales has one hell of a punch so he does have a chance.

All I'm saying.... Corrales lands that short left hook, and a little guy like Manny isn't going to like it. That doesn't mean he lands it often, however.

SteveDave I don't think anyone here is not giving Corrales a punchers chance, but the thing is, thats all we are giving him.

I stand by my original claim, Pac. 9.5 times out of ten.

    A terrible match-up for Corrales.

Giving him a puncher's chance is an insult I think if nothing else, because every B level fighter he fought found his chin like it was on a silver platter.

Freitas made him look goofy for 7 rounds. Casapeor dropped him 35 times. Floyd dropped him 100 times and lost 0 seconds. Simple movement and especially straight lefts are Corrales Kryptonite, and Manny has that in spades.

Good God Jaws...only simply giving Corrales a punchers chance seems to be an insult to Chico, but here we are still saying it, bcause its true, he has a chance of catching Pacman cuz he would come straight at him, but he would probably get blasted.
9 out of ten times he loses...
But come on no need to say that its an insult to give Chico's a punchers chance.
Its like sayin in a mythical matchup that Julian Jackson doesn't have a punchers chance in a fight, hell...that guy has a punchers chance even if he fought at heavyweight.

Corrales would have a 0% chance if he didn't have his power. In reality, even with his huge punch, he has a 5% chance.

Jaws I am surprised by you. I think 9.5 out of ten is too high.

Too bad Chico liked to drink and fly off of motorcycles onto oncoming traffic. Had he lived, he could have made millions getting kayoed by Pacman. He'd make 1.5 million for 9 minutes work.

The one thing that always troubled Corrales throughout his career was SPEED....Mayweather/Casamayor...Pacquiao punches will be coming from all angles around the guard and right down the middle...

Corrales might've had more chance if he fought manny up close, like he did against Castillo. But he gives manny a little bit of range, he would've lost in 5 rounds.

    ^^^Agree with ya, buddy.

Manny was just too fast and slick for Corrales to do anything about. It would be similar to the Mayweather Corrales fight only Manny gets him out of there sooner and in much more brutal fashion.
