Tszyu did well against lefties, & had an amazing laser-beam RH.
Does he overcome Manny's pressure, or succumb to it?

I think the prime Tszyu of 99-00 stops Manny.

Manny would kill the old Tszyu that fought Hatton.

i don't think Manny is big enough

lets not go overboard because he beat a DLH who did nothing :dunno: tells us nothing about him against bigger guys

Why? Because we dont pick him over every fighter in history, based on him beating up an old DLH?

I like Manny, and he's by FAR a greater fighter than Tszyu... but at 140 in Kostya's prime Tszyu would be too much for him.

Marquez had plenty of success in two fights against Manny with lead right hands. If Marquez can find him with those, as would a prime Tszyu. Only he'd be landing it with FAR more power than Marquez. The Tszyu that beat up Ruelas, and Gonzalez would stop Manny, and I'm HARDLY a Tszyu fan.

Manny would stop the washed up Tszyu that fought Hatton.

Speed kills. If a 400 year old Vince Phillips can land the cross on a "prime" Tsyzu at will, then a 200x faster Pacquiao can, at will.

I swear, Pacquiao will be underrated for his entire career even if he beats Wladimir by KO in his next fight.

If Hasim Rahman & McCall can K.O Lewis with one right hand, imagine what (insert name of fighter you consider superior to Rahman & McCall here) would do to Lewis.

I think this one depends on how Pac could handle Tszyu's power.

Manny showed a lot of great movement against Oscar, and he certainly would have the speed and footwork advantages.

That being said Kostya was a smart fighter with very good accuracy. Manny would get with a right hand at some point.

    Good post.
ZU by KO. Zu is made for Pacman. Pacman lack of technical skill would catch up with him.

he definitley would have a shot here... hes a huge hitter, hes fast, and hes game and tough... Tszyu was very strong and heavy handed, and how Pac-Man would handle his return fire is important here...

but based on the Hatton fight, we know damn well that Pac has the ability to hurt Tszyu... cant count him out of this one... I just dont know how he handles a big puncher at 140... He blitzed Hatton before Hatton could even put anything together... I dont see anybody blitzing Tszyu like that, so it would remain to be seen what would happen as Manny accepts return fire over a long fight... but if his chin is stout and he carries that power late into the fight, his outlandish quickness could be Kostya's Waterloo

its hard to rate Pac in these kinds of fights because hes had two fights... one of them against an older, slower fighter that while aesthetically pleasing didnt tell us much about his ability to take punishment from bigger men and another fight against a guy that he hurt immediately and who never had a chance to even try and press a "big man's" advantage because he was too busy trying to stop the little stars and little birdies from flying around his head... To me, there isnt any junior welter that would get Tszyu out of there that quickly, so you have to assume that Pac would be tested and right now we ahvent seen that happen against a bigger guy

Agreed with cdogg. I think it all depends on Manny's chin. If he could handle Tszyu's right hand(which is possible) then he takes out Tszyu late. A prime Tszyu was a helluva lot better than Hatton though, but at the same time... Tszyu never beat a great fighter, and thats what Manny is. Plus I dont care what his groupies say... Tszyu was a front runner. Thats not to say he was a pussy, or had no heart... but he definitely didnt have the heart, and desire that Pacman has.

This is a bad style for Manny.

Tszyu by decision or late KO

    Trolling is for:

    1) Faggots (REED, BWJ, YOU)

    2) Funny people ( Double L, LOK)

It is important to eliminate the first kind. Kindly get arrested for another narcotics offense so the board isn't littered with your diarrhea.

The only people offended by my opinions around here on boxing are you and Double L

I would say that must mean I'm pretty knowledgeable if two idiots like you guys are the ones who have a problem with me

whats even more amusing about your new angst-ridden act is that you used to stalk me about being part of your "Debate" section on some other website (I still have the PMs, in case you try to deny this) because you thought I was so knowledgable:atu:

And once again, it should be noted that I have never been arrested in my life, I tried Cocaine twice when I was 17 (which would put me in the company of literally millions of people, possibly including your mom or dad) and havent used a single drug or even had a sip of any alchohol in over 12 years (this needed to be clarified since you ran away the last time you tried making this same accusation in a GD thread because you know you dont have a leg to stand on and that I own you)

Why dont you amuse the board with another hilarious video of you furiously punching a heavy bag in your parent's garage? You have a hegman-esque lack of shame

I saw that. It was hilarious. Looked like a stick insect havng an epilectic fit and spasmodically trying to latch onto a heavy bag for support.

A Manny who was 5"7 would kill Zoo. P4P, he's better. He's clearly greater by far.

But at 140, as is, he'll get beat by prime Zoo.

Underrated? He's the No.1 P4P by far. Greater than Zoo by far. Better in fact.

But it's a styles and weight thing. Big overhand rights in an orthodox stance was the Zoo weakness. Manny ain't got that. Zoo had no problems with lefties, or left hands from a southpaw stance. Short right hooks never bothered him. He could take a shot.

    Zoo UD.

Dunking in a Tot Lot? That's kinda sad. What's next...becoming the champion of a Karate class of elementary school kids like Kramer?
