For sure, signing Arlovski is huge. He is a top 10 HW and a big name. :bears:

On a lesser note they just signed my good friend Landon Showalter. He isn't what you'd call world class, but he has some real nice wins over some good fighters like Drew Ficket. He is fighting Trevor Prangley on Challenger series undercard on June 19th.

Nice. This could definately be a very entertaining fight. Rodgers is a big powerful dude who could definately lay Arlovski out if he catches him. However, Rodgers is a little slow and doesn't have the best stamina. I see it playing out very similar to Arlovski-Rothwell/Nelson.

Rodgers is Intriguing but VERY Limited...He's Pretty Much just a BANGER from what REED has Seen...If Arlovski's SMART, he'll Make it BORING Early, Get Rodgers into the Middle of Round 2 THEN Step it Up a Bit...OR, Get the Fight to the Ground as QUICKLY as Possible...

Damn this card is good! I only wish it was in San Jose so I could be there.

I heard the Owner of Strikeforce was quoted in saying "FUCK SAN JOSE! We're too big now for that small ass market now!".

How does that make you feel inside, Z?

bad fight for AA, if there's is something he lacks, it's a chin and the only thing we really knows is very good about Rogers is his power ( and he got good timing on his punches too ). Andrei should be too experienced and complete for Rogers but one good shot is all Brett needs in this one, an upset wouldn't surprise me at all.

Agreed. AA should be too good for Rogers but it definitely wouldn't surprise me to see him get KO'd cold again.
