I thought he started off very respectfully, it was Floyd that took it in a confrontational direction. Repeatedly. The interviewer did a great job, IMO.

He can say whatever he wants. Just as long as he's keeping it to reality and not talking sh*t about other fighters and admitting he's a f*cking ducker with no balls.
As for you dawg, it's good that you had a lot of self confidence, whether you believed you were the greatest or not. But it could've rubbed some guys the wrong way and some players probably tried to hurt you on the field to bring your ego down to earth. You know how it is in sports.
Floyd is long past the stage of needing his reality check. That's all I'm saying.

Floyd Made it CLEAR that he was there to Talk about the JM Marquez Fight...He'd ALREADY Said "Pacquiao's a Helluva Fighter, a Tough, Young Customer"...

But the Guy KEPT Harping on it...The ONLY Time Floyd Got Bent Out of Shape was in Regards to the "Lb for Lb" Thing & the Interviewer Made an Ass of HIMSELF...

    Floyd: Has Pacquiao Been Beat?
    Interviewer: NO! ()
    Floyd: Yes he Has.
    Interviewer: By WHO! ()

DUH!!!!...YOU May Call that a "Great Job", but CLEARLY, the Dude DOESN'T Know Shit about Boxing...He Probably NEVER Heard of Pac Until the Dela Fight...Floyd Only Got Confrontational @ the TAIL END of the Piece...Not Sure HOW & WHERE U Saw him "Repeatedly" Doing So....

I got the feeling that the interviewer was trying to get a bit of a rise out of Floyd because it would make for "better" television.

Interviewer should've said "You barely got through an inactive old De La Hoya through a split decision, he would've murdered you in his prime but then again, fighting people when they're old is what you do best while trying to maintain your farce of a record." :crafty:

That's a BETTER Way of Putting it...REED Said "Confrontational" & that's a BIT Harsh, but the Guy was CLEARLY Trying to "Get a RISE" Out of Floyd, as U Said...

Maybe I was watching with my anti-Floyd goggles on but I thought it was Floyd who made an ass of himself. He was basically claiming that he was still p4p even though he had retired and the interviewer rightfully pointed out that the world had kept spinning without 'Money' Manchild Mayweather and there was now a new consensus p4p No1. At which point Floyd threw the toys out the pram.

What's interesting is Floyd completely ducking the question regarding challenging Pacquaio after the Marquez fight(presuming Floyd wins).

Hanz,You r killing me dawg. Yes as a fight fan I want to see PBF fight Cotto, Mosley perhaps williams even though we don't know what weight class he's at. But dawg u gotta be more objective. During the video PBF mentioned 2-3 times that he only wanted to talk about JMM. If that's the case why would he speak about fighting Manny and anybody else. As a matter of fact name other fighters that talk about other oppononets when they have a fight lined up. Dawg that's real chicken shit for you to talk shit about PBF for doing what all other fighters don't do. And yes when the interviewer kept mentioning Pac-man PBF told the dude that he wasn't there to talk about Manny but only wanted to talk about his upcoming fight. You know its only a matter of time before an athlete is gonna take to that next level and get frustrated when the interviewer is acting like an idiot and trying to press an issue that don't have jack shit to wit with their interview. And please don't act like PBF is the only professional athlete to get upset. I recall seeing Michael Strahan snap on a female reporter. Hell I recall Roy Williams (north carolina coach) snap on a reporter when he was the coach at Kansas. This shit happens. I'll Holla 5000

Do you guys think Floyd will be a different person if Pacquiao knocks him out?

I think he'll still be just as cocky for some reason.

I think the world will stop caring about him if he gets knocked out. His whole career/aura is based around his undefeated streak. Once that goes, so does he. Especially if he was to get KTFO badly. Every expert would call his career into question and things would make much more sense regarding the reasons he ducked tough opposition in his own weight class. And adding to that, his ppv drawing power would go completely to sh*t.

Best fighter who ever lived, my f*cking ass! Who the f*ck did Floyd ever beat to be labeled the best-anything? You're talking about a guy winning a split decision over an inactive aged De La Hoya in supposedly the biggest fight ever! And Floyd's own dad believed his boy lost.:laughing:
To be the best ever, you need to have legendary fights...epic fights! You don't become the best ever when everybody on earth is wondering why the f*ck you're ducking the best guys in your division. You have to fight the best to be the best. This cocksucker has fought nobody worth a sh*t, other than little guys stepping up to meet him at a higher weight class.
Furthermore, Roy Jones in his prime would f*ck this fag's asshole alive..P4P!

Floyd has one convincing victory above 130 pounds against a prime time fighter, and that's Ricky Hatton, and Floyd struggled early in that fight.

He lost against Castillo and Dela Hoya to anyone who knows how to judge a fight.

Yes! He doesn't have anywhere else to go to make his bread. And since he went near bankrupt in only 16 or so months and is already back to try to pay off his creditors, it's likely he's going to be boxing for a long time. Add in a few layoffs and 'retirements' along the way.

So Floyd NEVER "Convincingly" Beat Jose Luis Castillo???...Was DeMarcus Corley CRAP by the Time Floyd Faced him???...

The Problem w/YOU Bama, is that U're Sooooooooooooooo DEFENSIVE about Manny Pac, that U're Now BELITTLING what May End Up Being THE BEST Guy he's EVER Faced...Yet AFTER the Fact, U'll B SWEATING Floyd, ESPECIALLY if Pac BEATS Floyd....

There's a difference between being secure and doing what you want to do vs having to do it and not want to.

Minus the rap sheet, Floyd's money issues will make Tyson's waste seem small. Moreso considering Floyd didn't have Don King to take 50% off the top.

    Lastly...

What does Floyd call himself? And you've got the nerve to ask what money has to do with it?

If he were truly coming back for legacy, he wouldn't have turned down the best welterweight to fight the best lightweight at welterweight.

if mayweather jr ends up broke he only has himself to blame. if he's dumb enough to piss away his money then that wont bother me at all.

as a fan of the guys boxing ability it would upset me to see him in the ring getting thoroughly embarrassed, or knocked unconscious by guys he would've toyed with years ago.
