He is almost an exact copy of his father. Only his father hit harder and had more skills. Foreman jr is bouncing more on his feet though. He still has a lot to learn.

 

So what exactly was in common with them?

 

Fighting styles. Both swinging wild hooks.

He doesn't have an amateur background. This is his first fight period. Cut the guy some slack.

 

He looked like a guy having his first fight. Hope he's not rushed.

Agreed. A beginner is a beginner despite his last name. Maybe in his next fight he will be facing an opponent who actually keeps his eyes open

 

I was unaware of this. I too thought he had much to improve. They are going to need to take him up very slowly if they dont want to see him KTFO.

I checked the guy on boxrec. He's from Arkansas sporting an 0-2 record with the two first round KO losses.

Foreman can't fight a lick, and that slob he was in there with shouldn't have been paid for ripping off the public like that.

 

Could you train Foreman to become better?

 

Easily.

Foreman really needs a guy like Ron Lipton to work with him.

The kid has size going for him, and looks like he's in pretty good shape, but he's all over the place, has no foundation to speak of.

he has NEVER boxed a match before! it's not like this is his "pro" debut after the ammys... he never had a single fight until now
