Why? Well actually I do see your point. But then again, is there anyone you'd rather see Bradley fight? This has the makings of a good fight, and you should be happy... cause Bradley figures to be too quick for old man Nate.
This will come down to Nate's strategy. In my opinion, he cannot spend ANY time thinking he can box with Bradley. He needs to take the fight right to Bradley like he did in the Diaz fight. That is his only chance. He has to "out-man" Bradley. I think he has a decent chance to do it. Bradley doesn't like things to get rough, and that is exactly what Campbell does best. In the end, I think Nate's age and his ring wars won't allow him to fight 3:00 of every round the way he'll need to. That means Bradley piles up enough points to win.
Good Fight, Since they Both Seem to B FROZEN Out of the "Big" Fight Mix...N that Particular Regard, this Bout Reminds REED of Paul Williams vs. Winky Wright... Instead of Sitting Around BITCHING about the LACK of "Big" Fights Coming your Way, Fight a Guy w/the SAME Gripe...The WINNER of this Fight will B CLOSER to that "Big" Fight than they were Previously... REED Expects Nate to B COMPETITIVE, but Ultimately he's Got NATHAN for Tim Bradley...Bradley's YOUNGER, Probably Naturally STRONGER & BIGGER, QUICKER...Tim Bradley's just BETTER...Nate's ONLY Chance is by KO, but if Kendall Holt COULDN'T Stop Bradley After Landing a MONEY PUNCH, REED Can't See Nate Doing it... Even the HEADBUTTS that Nate Effectively Used Against Juan Diaz will Likely BACKFIRE Against Bradley...For whatever Reason, BALD Fighters Always Get the BETTER of Headbutt Situations... Bradley by CONVINCING UD... REED:mj:
He COULD, but he prob wont. The Diaz performance was once in a lifetime IMO, I dont think he'll ever reach that form again. If he does.. then he can give Bradley a run for his money. But if he fights like he did vs Funeka, Timmy is gonna outpoint him convincingly.
Nate to me is alot like JMM right now. Hes one determined mofo. He didn't look good against Funeka because of the weight IMO. Bradley didn't really impress me against Holt and Nate is better than Kendall.
No he's not. He might be more determined than Holt, but Kendall is bigger, rangier, faster, more powerful, and a better outside technician than Campbell. Bradley had trouble with Holt cause of Holt's handspeed, but against Nate, Tim will have a considerable edge in quickness.
Nate is alot more aggressive than Kendall but with less power and is a much smarter fighter and much more determined.
