It's Still SMART of Floyd to Take a TUNE-UP 1st & REED has NO Problems w/Marquez as a Comeback Opponent..."However", Since this Bout will Happen in September, that Leaves MORE than ENOUGH Time for Floyd to Face Sugar Shane THIS YEAR...

If Floyd beats JMM his next fight will be the winner of Pac-MAC.

I really wish fighters would fight more often. This one or two times a year shit is just no use.

Well, if it's Cotto that Wins, that Fight will B Saved for the Rican Day Weekend, Next June...If Pac Wins, the Fight Probably WON'T Happen B 4 February or March 2010 @ the EARLIEST...

So Basically, Floyd's Gonna Come Off an Almost 2 YEAR Layoff just to Sit On the Shelf ANOTHER 6-9 Months, WAITING on Pac/Cotto???...He Could REALISTICALLY Fight Marquez AND Sugar Shane in 2009 & STILL Fight the Pac/Cotto Winner by June of Next Year...

Won't be made this year. PPV's take more time to make than 3 months. Doubtful Shane will hold on until September to make a fight, once the Pacquiao-Cotto fight is confirmed.

agREED. A sept, jan, may schedule at least is hardly unreasonable.

Well, Do as HUT Suggested & Sign Floyd-Shane for JANUARY 2010...1st BIG Fight of the New Year...Then Meet the Pac-Cotto Winner in May or June...Instead of just SITTIG On the Shelf Waiting for Pac & Cotto to Settle their Issue, There's a MAINSTREAM Opponent Available for Floyd to Face...

Oh yeah I agreee, I would for it to happen. It seems doubtful to me but let's see. I think the best way to do it would be for Shane to fight near Floyd's fight thus generating a buzz for the fight because right now let's face it, nobody except us wants the fight. Floyd-Shane doesn't ring as much as Floyd-Pac or Floyd-Cotto.

I agree that seems to be the promoters' belief and they should know.

    But I don't believe it.

Then Floyd would Only B HURTING HIS OWN Wallet...It would Take MAYBE 30 Minutes for Cotto vs. Floyd to Sell Out in MSG, if That...

The BOTTOM LINE is, Floyd is Even Pissing Off his DIEHARDS Nowadays...The BULLSHIT Retirement, the Postponement of the Marquez Bout...If Floyd's Gonna B a Fighter, he's Gotta Jump INTO THE FIRE 1 or 2 MORE Times to Appease his Fans...& If he Fought Shane then Fought Cotto in MSG, that'd B MORE than Enough to Appease ANYBODY...

I'm using Floyd's logic as to why he can't fight Cotto...

    • Pac's not #1 P4P, he is...
    • Cotto beats Pac proving Pac never deserved the P4P title.
    • Beating Pac doesn't make Cotto #1
    • Floyd doesn't fight for the glory, he fights for the paycheck. Pac brings a bigger paycheck even in defeat...
    Floyd-pac Cinco De Mayo...oh...at 150.

Is this Post Directed @ REED???...

If So, REED PICKED PAC to KO Hatton, DUMBFUCK...N Fact, THE ONLY Time REED has EVER Picked AGAINST Pac was the Dela Fight...That's INCLUDING the 1st Barrera Fight...U Make it Seem like REED Picked Jermain Taylor OVER Kelly Pavlik or Started a MAN BREASTS Bandwagon or Something...

    REED:lol:

ps. If this Post WASN'T Directed @ REED, Ignore Everything EXCEPT for the "DUMBFUCK" Portion...

    Relax Reed.

He barely announced his comeback weeks ago. How can he be pissing on anybody? For all we know his injury is legit and he's set to fight on September on a big fight. Let's see what happens next. I'm positive he'll fight Pac/Cotto/Shane next. Who else is he gonna get the paydays he wants?

hopefully cotto beats pacquiao because mayweather jr vs cotto is the fight I've been looking forward to for the past 5 years. unfortunately cotto doesn't appear the same as 2 years ago, and mayweather jr might not be either.

that aside, there's no way in hell mayweather jr takes that fight in nyc aka baby puerto rico during parade weekend. the fight will happen in vegas.

Reed you started an Angulo bandwagon which is easily just as bad. You and Jaws have a draw on that issue and I am not taking sides. I said Angulo was awful from day 1. Arreola is just as bad. On the bandwagon issue, neither one of you ought to throw stones.Arreola is an undefeated Clubfighter. Angulo got schooled by Kermit Cintron. Live and let live.

I like Floyd but your right. I am sick of all his bullshit excuses.

Everytime I see an interview with thim all he does is give reasons why not to fight somebody.

Kind of hard to root for or look forward to one of his fights.

Unless U're Telling REED that Angulo Went LIFE & DEATH w/Certified TRASH like Travis Walker, REED is QUITE Confident that the Angulo Faction is SUPERIOR....Cintron is @ Least a BELTHolder...Even in the SHITTIEST Heavyweight Class EVER (a MUCH WEAKER Division than Where Cintron Campaigns), Travis Walker WON'T Even Get w/In SMELLING Distance of a Title SHOT, Nevermind an Actual TITLE....

Bottom Line, as LIMITED as Cintron is, he SHITS on Travis Walker...Hell, he's ALREADY SHITTED on Travis Walker...

:lol:You are a tricky bastard. I won't bite though. I shall never defend Arreola. I think Angulo faction and superior should not ever occur in the sAME book, much less in the same post.

    BOTH ARE CERTIFIED SHIT.

For as MUCH as U'd LIKE to PROTECT Jaws, Alfredo Angulo has Fought & Fared BETTER Against a BETTER Crop of Fighters than Chris Arreola has...

Even IF Angulo is 'Certified Shit', he's BETTER than MAN BREASTS....

ill take it from here Ike, thanks for repping my boy:lol:

How can you make an analogy between the travis walker fight and the Cintron fight.

Arreola beat Walker after getting hit with a number of bombs...actually walked through him and KHTFO if I remember right.

Angulo was embarassed by Cintron, won 2-3 rounds.

Travis walker is not half the fighter cintron is, but there is no analogy to be made there. When Arreola is shut out by Sultan Ibragimov, we will have an analogy (they are on the same level) sadly, Arreola would beat Ibragimov, whereas Angulo couldn't get past CINTRON.

U Keep CLINGING to this UNFOUND Notion that Arreola is Somehow ON PAR w/ Ibragimov, but Like REED Said on Another Thread, PLEASE INFORM HIM when Ibragimov is DROPPED & Taken to a DRAW by a Guy as SHITTY as TravisFUCKINGwalker....U CAN'T Do That, Jaws, & This SHITS On your riDICKulous Analogy Altogether...F.Y.I., Ray Austin is BETTER than Travis Walker...

Arreola was KNOCKED On his ASS by a Guy that's Been KO'ed by CRAP Level Heavyweights, yet YOU'RE Trying to Pass MAN BREASTS Off as a LEGIT Heavyweight???...

What's MORE "Embarrassing"???...A Top 30 or 40, LESS Experienced BUM Knocking YOUR Favorite Guy ON HIS ASS OR a Universal TOP 10 Welter/Super Welter Beating a REED Fave by UD???...Like REED has BEEN Saying, Cintron SHITS on Travis Walker, Dude...IT's NOT Even Close...
