Frank Mir again? That is not a good matchup for Lesnar. Brock is certainly stronger than him but I see Mir submitting him once again. Brock should fight a striker or a wrestler/ground n pounder next.
Brock has no say in the matter. Brock is the Champ and Mir is the interim champ. They must fight. Mir went through one hell of a beating before submitting Brock. Mir was saved by the ref when he broke them and took a point from Brock for hitting in the back of the head which wasn't warranted anyway since Mir tured into the shot and was trying to turtle up. Really if Brock just controls position like he did with Herring, I think he stops Mir. That's just me though. I really think Brock will make it as simple as he can and just control Mir and GnP him when he can. Mir WILL gas if it goes rounds trying to fight off a giant like Brock.
Mir is not Heath Herring.If he does to Mir what he did to Herring ,he will get subbed again.Its smart on the UFC to put Lesnar on the shelf to prepare for him ,though I don't think it will help.
The Texas Crazy Horse is a tough as nails veteran of the fight game. He's been around the block and back. Fought the best fighters in the world and has some nice wins. He would give many of the best fighters in the world a tough match still. I do think Mir is better at this stage in their careers, but I don't think Mir would walk through him and I wouldn't be suprised at all if Heath grinded out a win. He's alot like Keith Jardine, he isn't the best, but the best hate fighting him.
This was easier for Brock because Mir had a horseshoe up his ass. Brock pulled it out and knocked him out with it.
