Apparently made amends with Dana White finally and will be making a comeback soon. He realized MMA as a sport just isn't big enough yet to pay him the money he was making during his time in the UFC.
I can't say I'm against his return. I think he spices it up a bit although I do think he needs to get down in the gym and evolve a bit more or he's gonna get left behind.
    Anybody down with Tito/Griffin 2? Tito/Rampage? Tito/Machida 2? The UFC can't lose, only gain.

I wouldn't mind Tito back in the UFC but I don't wanna see him fight Lyoto. He'd leave the octagon in a stretcher

Really? Because he didn't the first time they fought. It was a pretty good match actually.

The only reason a 'fight' even occured between Ortiz and Machida the first time was because Ortiz was actually coming forward and trying to engage while Machida sat back, waiting to counter. That fight could've been a complete bore-fest if Ortiz didn't press.

I think the sport has passed Ortiz by, but Rich Franklin needs an opponant for UFC 103 in September, and an Ortiz\Franklin main event would do big numbers.

BS!!!! The sport hasn't passed him by, dummy! He has more skills than Franklin, Griffin, and Bisping.

Out of all the fighters Machida fought. It was Tito Ortiz that had him in the most trouble...now that you look back at it I thought that was an impressive performance by Ortiz

Dito here brother. Tito was dropped a couple of times but he kept pressing and had Lyoto scrambling at the end of the third.

In retrospect, and looking at how Lyoto has dominated since, it was quite impressive by Tito.

And I wish people would quit crying. Frankling-Ortiz is an interesting match-up. Both guys are warriors and will give it 100%. It will be a fight.

I just watched that fight over the weekend. Ortiz didn't do too well..lost every round on every card, but he had that triangle deep in the third period. Machida wouldn't get out of that hold every time. Hell, I don't think he'd get out of it 1/4 of the time.

Tito/Franklin IS a good fight. I don't think its main event material, but a good fan friendly fight. Tito could have some really good fights at 205 in the UFC right now.

Compared to Machida's other opponents he did great,he made Machida work for it .Tito Ortiz is still tough fighter and is not an easy mark for anybody.

Well it's not gonna be Tito\Franklin at 103, it looks like for some reason we're gonna see Franklin\Henderson 2.

I think he was little cautious in the first fight.
