Miguel Cotto vs Pac the complete faceoff!

What is crazy is I've been wanting to find out the same things about Meayweather for years, and these questions have not been answered nor do they seem like they will be any time soon. I just can't believe little ass Manny Pac will fight a "real welterweight" before Mayweather, a guy who has fought at 147 and up for the past 5 years.

He took flush shots from Oscar at 154.

Manny didn't look any better in the JMM rematch than he did in 2004.

Judah = If you want to count that go for it. He was a career 140 pounder and is now looking to go back down.

I don't understand why Cotto is using these bullshit sparring partners. We still don't understand why Gato was kicked out the Cotto camp. I'm losing confidence in Cotto's preparation. What a fucking bonehead.

 

Oscar was a champ at 154. He destroyed Mayorga. Mayorga just gave Shane a tough fight. Floyd fought Oscar at 154 and Oscar was clearly not shot in the fight with Mayweather.

Judah was undisputed champ at 147 and so was Baldomir. Do i think Baldomir was good. No. He was a 147lber.

 

Sometimes I wonder if you're not in fact a woman. You seem to have an innate ability to worry about details and hearsay...

He'll probably answer that Mosley ducked him first, some totally unrelated thing like the Balco scandal or any dumb shit that Floyd said to avoid the fight. That dolt will say anything to defend Floyd.

 

Because Pacquiao or Cotto is a bigger fight and Mosley has already turned down fights with Floyd.

Lol. True Mayweather moved up to Welter just to fight guys who were not welters. Although I guess he deserves credit for barely beating a completely shot DLH(a DLH that Manny stopped with ease) and credit for beating Hatton in a competitive fight when Little ass Manny destroyed with ease.Judah was a blown up 140 pounder who lost the fight to earn the Mayweather fight, but Floyd didn't care.

 

He moved up to 147 to fight Oscar.

 

I'm starting to swing back towards the Pacquiao bandwagon now. Cotto going into the fight of his career with his nutritionist promoted to his trainer just somehow doesn't inspire confidence especially when Pacquiao has Roach. That's like Phil Jackson going up against a high school coach.

It appears Cotto has been getting clowned and frustrated in sparring by Gato Figuero so what does Cotto do? Why send Gato home of course. I'm officially on the Pac will win bandwagon now. Cotto claimed he did it because Gato was being unprofessional and dropping his hands and stuff.

Having seen Gato fight, I find this pretty hard to believe. Dude strikes me as someone starving for attention. And based on the amount of interviews he's been doing lately on the strength of his sparring with Cotto, I think he's getting the attention he's after.

 

Is this the same Gato Figueroa who was KO'd by Randall Bailey and who barely edged an old Augustus in a split decision fight???...


I find this hard to believe. Cotto even on his worst day would tear this guy a new one.

 

Well, I agree with you guys, it is hard to believe. Gato is not in Cotto's league, I would imagine Cotto would batter Gato with ease.

BUT, why would he send him home if this was completely false?

Because the guy is paid to do a job, to fight a certain way in sparring. If he doesn't do the job and tries to fullfill another goal (which seems to be the case here) you send him home. Cotto would kill Figueroa in a real fight, and on top of that the dude can't punch for shit. I'm rather sure Cotto's team sent him home because he was unprofessional. The fact that he's doing interviews and tries to ride these supposed 'sparring victories' puts a lot of weight on that supposition.

 

Guys with name/nickname of Gato are usually tecatos...so he was probably snoring a few lines or worst stinking some shit into his veins.....Cotto doesn't do that shit...:nono:........during training.
