I got AA winner by UD. I'm gonna go with Dirrell. Just feel that he's more athletic and brings more to the table. I mean JT was able to look half way decent against Froch and we all know that JT is a bum. Dirrell twice the fighter JT is. Dirrell makes this fight look extremely easy! I'll Holla 5000
You're missing out on one crucial fact - Taylor is more proven than Dirrell, and has faced far better opposition. Dirrell looks talented, but he is completely unproven. You have no idea how good his chin, mental toughness, ability to think in the ring etc are.
Taylor Starts FAST as Usual, but by the 3rd, Abraham will have Seen ALL Taylor has to Offer & Begin to Take HOLD of the Fight...Taylor's EASY to Hit & Abraham can BANG...He'll BADLY Hurt Taylor by the 5th & END Matters by the 6th or 7th...But like All of Taylor's KO Losses, There'll B Some EXCITING 2-Way Action while it Lasts... It Took Carl Froch SEVERAL Rounds to Acclimate Himself to the SPEED & ATHLETICISM of Jermain Taylor...Well, Andre Dirrell SHITS on Taylor in those Regards AND He's BIGGER...REED Sees Dirrell Winning by LATE Stoppage or Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide UD.... REED:hammert:
Not really, he's only failed against a puncher once, Pavlik, and went the distance in the second fight at 168. And he's actually proven he can beat good fighters, and at the very least, have two very close fights against Hopkins. Dirrell has yet to prove anything close to that.
You know to be honest the way these guys match up stylistically, I wouldn't even rule out a SD for either one.. hell who knows I could be wrong but any of of these homos could puss-out on the way to the ring and we might not even get a fight, or if we do I could see a head clash causing a cut and stopping early.. in which case wouldn't surprise me if any one of them takes the TD, or even a NC.
tough tough fights to pick, Taylor is very talented but very stiff in the ring, plus he gas, so that makes him very susceptible to a pressure fighter with a big punch. Fortunately for him, Abraham is not a pressure fighter but he has a huge punch and is very explosive, if Jermaine can handle his power, he wins a UD, I think he can ( but really wouldn't be surprise if he gets starched either ). Dirrell-Froch is another matchup were pretty much every result wouldn't surprise me. In handling Pascall, Froch showed he can deal with speed, athleticism and power. While Dirrell is less powerfull than Pascall, he probably got the edge on him skillwise, but he is really unproven and looked shaky vs Hanshaw before Hanshaw taunted him ( wich seemed to wake him up ). I'll go with the more proven commodity in Froch by close 12 round UD where Dirrell is taken into deep water late and doesn't have the experience to ride out of it.
Arabham will win,... dont care to contemplate when or how, can only be pleasantly suprised if Jermaine somehow escapes with a victory out of Germany,.. fucken ESPECIALLY on a Wilfried Sauerland house event,..which is the most NOTORIOUS place in the world for corruption. But I think Dirrell can beat Froch, it wont be easy, he may do a little running, the question remains will he get a fair decision,.. will anybody get a fair decision in away fights?... this is what could really plague this tourniment,.. a Froch 'SD' .. with british groupies screaming afterwards that Froch landed 'the cleaner harder blows' ...it was justified!!... or .... Froch won the CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS,... a little international flavoured Hopkins groupie in all of us.
