I think I see where the confusion was. Hitman highlighted the wrong part of of my thread so I thought he was asking me if I saw the Margarito-Cintron rematch but I see now he was asking me if I saw the Santos-Margarito rematch. The answer is no I didn't see either of the Santos-Margarito fights.

Well, Cintron didn't run from Margarito the way Cotto did.

Yeah sorry man - that line of your original post was highlighted in bold already, i just quoted the post as it was originally written.

Either way - the Santos-Marg rematch is worth watching.

Yeah horrible decision, but good fight, and also one of the only times you actually get to see Margarito actually stunned.

The decision was fair. 1 point swing either way

I thought Cintron blew well before he lost to Margarito

His best win is TEDDY REID

    Who HASN'T beaten Teddy Reid???

Teddy Reid has the chin of a small child and yet Cintron (with his incredible punching power) needed EIGHT FUCKING ROUNDS to stop him

Since Cintron is a below average boxer, has an average chin at best, has shown a propensity for being easily discouraged and is about as fluid as a block of wood, his vaunted punching power is all that's left. The Reid fight illustrates what a total fallacy Cintron's power really is.

The guy SUCKS for a fighter who gets as much attention as he does

How many times can a guy flat out fail tests or get D- on them before you decide he doesnt HAVE ANYTHING?

Kermit Cintron has a bunch of better wins than Teddy Reid for christs sake.

So he's better than Teddy Reid, big deal. That isn't saying much.

Cintron has several better wins than teddy reid. Some posters here have a real hard-on for Cintron, its funny, he's not great but he's definitely good enough, or at least among the best at 147-154....I'd have him on an even level with Berto, Collazo, Clottey..

I respect your post, but I disagree, the only reason I say horrible decision is because there is no way Santos won the fight, it was a very close fight, very, but it was a one point decision to Margarito and in my opinion couldn't have been any other way, the rounds were very easy to score.

Like that was the point of my post. Jesus you're thick.

I'm sorry but Cintron is not on Clottey's level. He would get stopped by Clottey and that is probably the reason he's petrified of fighting Clottey. So much so that he went to Puerto Rico to fight some scrub for chump change so he could avoid the Dec 5th HBO fight against Clottey which he turned down. That's 3 times he's avoided a fight with Clottey.

Not really. I knew you were going to come back with a post like this. Saying it was all sarcasm, which pretty much everything you post is.

I agree Cintron is a level above that scrub Clottey.

Honestly, I would make Clottey a marginal favorite, but you're only setting yourself up for more disappointment if you start building him up again as anything special, when was the last time Clottey stopped anyone worth a damn? I wouldn't be surprised to see him do just enough not to win outright against Cintron either.

It doesn't take anything special to beat Cintron

As for "a bunch of wins better than Reid" ... who? N'Dou, David Estrada? Are those guys any better than Teddy Reid really?

    Cintron is nothing

he will never have a win over a top 5 147-154 pounder

That is what I keep telling everyone over and over. They keep thinking I'm saying Clottey is so good, but it isn't that. It's just a testament to how bad Cintron is that Clottey would actually stop him, and he'd do it in 9 rds or less.

Of course we'll never know for certain because Cintron is apparently terrified of fighting him.

UGH. It has nothing to do with sarcasm you thick cunt. I said that Cintron has a bunch of wins on his ledger than are better than his win over Teddy REID. Because you can't READ you took that as something else entirely and as usual, misunderstood.

Im not sure how old you ar,e but if you're living away from your folks and caring for yourself, I have no idea how you've made it more than a week without walking in front of a moving car, just because you were sure "stop" really meant "go".

This sounds like a real good grudge match here.

Tough fight to call, but I'd give the edge to Kerm as he has been more active.
