I have a saying that goes "Fat girls need love too, just not from me!"

If I did that chick it would be a major step down from what I'm doing right now. That is for damn sure.

    Damn, this is getting old.

Jack Johnson was the man, and historically I'm a big fan of his.

........................but, anybody who knows anything about the guy or read any of the many books written on the guy, knows he was no saint.

Not only is this not worth anybody's time for a pardon, but Jack Johnson himself wouldn't give two shits about the effort being put in on his behalf. He was a baaaaaad man, he had a gigantic set of balls, he was courageous in a sense (it might be argued it was more psychosis then actual bravery)....................but he was no activist fighting for a cause.

Those white women he brought across state lines to be convicted of violating the Mann act............well guess what, they actually WERE prostitutes. He actually DID run a prostitution ring out of his bar/tavern, I believe in Chicago.

The white women he married...........former prostitutes. One of which he beat so badly, she eventually committed suicide.

Shit, even when he was sent to prison for a short time when he returned to the U.S., it was a cush gig. He was able to box exhibitions and earn money while behind bars. He was treated like royalty while he was there.

He was an egotistical, self-centered and violent man. A lot of this is glossed over because he had charisma, and tons of it. Like Ali, he attracted the camera, he attracted the media, he was well spoken and he was interesting.

I'm not sure why this is even an issue or why Obama or any other President should just sign a paper that is strictly ceremonial in nature and doesn't reflect actual history at all. Is Obama supposed to sign this strictly because he's black, and Jack Johnson was also black? I don't quite understand the logic.

I'm sure there's many more legitimate pardons out there to be had if this is the road you want to go down.

Her father isn't much of a right winger, either.

The 'rips' on her in this video are pretty lame and it is bad producing to have her sit on one side and try to be the 'conservative' against far more savvy people representing the left, including the anything-but-neutral host, Maher.

As far as Jack Johnson getting pardoned, that is typical McCain crap. He is a politician first, second, and third. I don't care if Johnson gets pardoned or not, but I think that everyone who was charged criminally for crossing state lines with a white woman should be pardoned, as well, not just some famous black boxer.
