27ko's in 37 wins should qualify as a good puncher and besides that he's a volume puncher and no one here's exaggerating the truth.

POWER was NEVER Considered 1 of Margarito's ASSETS...The Mere FACT that U're Labeling him a "Volume Puncher" DEFECATES on YOUR Notion that he was Some Feared, Big Puncher...It Also Makes a MOCKERY of YOUR Lennox Lewis Analogy...

Lennox Lewis was a TRUE Puncher for ALL Ages...Margarito was a Guy that had AVERAGE Power @ Best, PRIOR to Being Revealed as a GLOVE LOADER...By DARING to Compare Margarito to Lennox Lewis, U INDEED were EXAGGERATING the Truth....

Where EXACTLY in my post do you see where I said "he was Some Feared, Big Puncher"?

I also didn't compare him to Lennox Lewis in terms of power, I said if because Cotto has never been cut up like that before and that's the model we are going to use that his gloves were loaded then using that same model we could certainly assume since Vitali was never cut up like that before that LL's gloves might have been loaded also..

So when Mosley was younger and faster, Mosley felt Compelled to use steriods yet against Margarito a fighter that beat the YOUNGER, UNDEFEATED Cotto (Who had a WIN over Mosley), Mosley didn't use sterioids???...

    Yeah, that Makes Sense...

Is DEFLECTING the Issue to Mosley Supposed to HELP Margarito's Case???...Is that Supposed to JUSTIFY the Margarito NUTHUGGERY Going On Around Here???...

Help Margarito's case? Case in what? The answer to the poll is- Floyd doesn't fight welterweights.

They are both cheating scum, neither should get a free pass for doing it, yet it seems Shane is. Maybe it's because he smiles alot?

Well Margacheato's suspension will be over in three months. Who will he fight on his return bout? IMO he should rematch Joshua Clottey.:crafty:

I think his suspension was at least 1 year and then he can reapply for reinstatement. I hope that is true. He should be banned for life.

No. He can apply for a license in three months.

His license was taken away, and a year has to go by before he can apply for a new one. They can decline him.

Why do so many struggle with that?

There was no suspension. He was stripped of his boxing license.

Yeah. 12 months from the date of the hearing, or the fight (can't remember, but I think it was the hearing) he is allowed to go before the CSAC for a reinstatement.

At that point, it's up to the commission whether they license him or not.

I hope for once boxing does the right thing and says no. I know boxing is a filthy low class sport filled with humanity's lowest representatives. I think HBO and Showtime should step up and say licensed or not they will never show Margarito again.

I think so too. It would be the right thing to do, and I think in the eyes of MANY boxing fans, it would make them look pretty fucking bad if they did show Plasterito again.

The Point is, EVERY SINGLE TIME Margarito's Name is Brought Up, YOU Bring Up Sugar Shane...You NEVER EVER Address Margarito's Wrongdoing EXCLUSIVELY, INSTEAD, U Lump Sugar Shane w/Him, Hoping to LESSEN the Sting by ASSOCIATION...Shane CERTAINLY Takes HIS OWN Share of CRITICISM, yet U DON'T See People Throwing Margarito Under the Bus w/him, when it's Shane's Turn to Take HIS Medicine...

Bottom Line, Margarito & Sugar Shane R 2 DIFFERENT People who Did 2 DIFFERENT Things...So Please STOP Lumping them Together...
