If Floyd can deal with a hard punch here and there he will win. Cotto couldn't deal with the power and it shut him down.
I somewhat disagree with this. Its not so much that Pacquiao hits hard, its that you dont see the punches coming, which is what most of the people who've fought him say. Part of being a puncher is hitting people where they dont expect. Its how RJJ got to masquerade has a power puncher. Its more when you get hit blindly it has its effect. Cotto looked fine until that step back winged uppercut that put him down in the 4th. He just couldn't see it coming anymore and he was toast. Floyd's reflexes are better, but there is something to note that the only people who've hurt/given Floyd problems have been speedy southpaws.
We should instigate a three strikes rule on this forum: three spelling or egregious grammatical mistakes in the space of one 'sentence' and you're IP banned for life. We can call it the 'qwerty amendment' to the Fightbeat constitution.
