114-114 last night. She is consistantly one of the best judges we have out there. As active as she is I don't think I have ever seen a bad card from her.
I think I've seem some somewhat questionable cards from her...................but nothing like that 119-110 abortion from whoever that judge was last night. Can't really argue with her seeing it 114-114. She's definitely not one of the worst judges out there.
I remember hearing, more than once, that she was just as incompetent as her father, so she definitvely, turned out more than a few questionable cards
while we are at it, i wanted to give credit to my gardeners for mowing the lawn wednesday. they didnt break the spinklers or anything
Damn, a tribute thread for getting a score right? It says a lot about the state of judging in boxing...
I've been keeping an eye on Julie for a while now. She was written off early in her career after a few disappointing performances. The hard work she done in the gym in recent years is clear for all to see. She's a solid if unspectacular pro, but her name deserves to be mentioned with those at the top of the division. Julie is a top 5 pfp judge.
Of course I do criticize them but I think you should also be able to give props to somebody for doing their job well since, as said, it is not as easy as it seems. We have threads about best referees too: is that also an example about the state of refereeing?
