Honestly I think it's downright stupid, and also very rude and ungrateful for Khan to come out with a statement like this.

The Brits do get behind their fighters, and they generally don't give a shit what colour they are.

The Brits have supported Khan like crazy since the olympics, and it IS downright ungrateful to turn around and spit that support back in their faces.

Khan has far more support than Calzaghe had early in his career for example, and Joe is a good looking whiteboy.

 

Amir isn't black, and there's a lot more racism directed toward parki/muslim nowaday. I don't like Khan at all but he has a point.

As far as I am concerned, Khan is black. He's certainly not as black as other ethnic groups, sure, but he would be legally classified as 'Black Muslim' in a UK Census.

looks distinctively pakistani, to me. Gotta say: I've personally LOVED almost every Pakistani person I've ever met. Of about about 100, 98 have been brand new.:bears: Which is probably the highest ratio of any ethnicity I've come across. And guys I've worked with have met Amir a few of times too and they've all had loads of nice things to say about him, one of the nicest & most 'down to earth' 'celebs' around.
