 What f*cking planet do you live on? Nobody outside of a few Floyd dick suckers and the last couple of hundred remaining hardcore boxing fans even give a f*ck about what's going on. Like anybody gives 2 sh*ts about this crap! They just wanna see these 2 little guys fight already. Anything else is just pointless bullsh*t posturing and mind games. And we all know Floyd was scared to sh*t of fighters like Margarito and Mosley and hence is scared of Pacman. No surprises! Most everybody knew Floyd didn't want this fight. It was reported by many a writer months ago. It's not shocking news.
And besides, millions of people are still gonna watch Pacquiao fight no matter who it is. Floyd on the other hand can f*ck off into retirement and still nobody will give a sh*t about him or his joke of a legacy.

 Yep, Pacman's f*cked alright. Ready and willing to fight and ready and willing to take whatever drug tests necessary as per the rules. But he ain't bending over for Floyd boy. Stick it to the black man!:kidcool: He ain't making no new rules over Pacman! Sorry Floyd fanatics. I said 2 years ago that your boy Floyd would find a way to avoid a real challenge. He avoided Margarito, he avoided Mosley, and he's avoiding Pacman. No surprise.
Little bitch never wanted to face a real fighter. It's Floyd whose rep is damaged. He's f*cked regardless.

I found this reply from another forum (sherdog) very interesting:

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on that. While the athletic comission does oversee certain aspects, the promoter has the right to administer his/her own rules for the fight. So if Mayweather's promotion wants stricter drug testing, they're within their rights to request it, afterall Boxers are independent contractors and they can make their contract to be whatever they want within limits. Unless the athletic commission forbids seeking out USADA drug-testing, then it's fair game to be put into the contract. Just like Pacman's camp wanting 10 mil for every pound Mayweather comes in over the limit.

it was arum, not the NSAC who wanted Margarito and Cotto to wear 8 oz gloves

Mayweather is well within his rights to ask for the testing. Humans just dont grow in that manner at that age. If he's clean, then he's a freak.
