I only managed 76.....I was sure that Peter Jackson was called the "Barbados Demon"....{turns out to be that short fella, the original Joe Walcott} and I didnt know Earnie Shavers had a nickname....

Ironically, I simply could not remember Taylors, Williams or Margaritos nick names, but I knew who the Non-Pareil was.

    99 of 100

Only one I didn´t get was #10 in 99. I could have guessed that one forever.

48 of 100 on the nicknames.

Damn that was so bad, I think I might need a brain scan. I couldn´t come up with anything. I missed guys like Holyfield, Taylor, Margarito, Nelson, Dempsey, Bowe, Chacon, Camacho, Quartey and Toney. And I thought Ward´s nickname was S.O.B.

95/98 on the pfp and it would have been 96 if it accepted my spelling of Corrales.

Also..how the f&&K Margarito ever cracked that ass is beyond me.

    I got 97 out of a hundred.

After nearly completing it, there were still a fair few boxes left off, and I was thinking, who the fuck have I forgotten? It turned out to be Tito

Goes to show how little I think of him, I can barely remember him :kidcool:

The 2 fighters I forgot were Space Monkey and Ricardo Lopez.

I also got Mark Johnson by chance, I wouldn't have guessed him.

Reed, I distinctly remember you and I having a conversation about the whole Manny Pac weight divisions thing, and I referred to Homicide Hank, who you immediately referred back to as Henry Armstrong!!!!! "Homicide" should have stuck in your head from 2 days ago.

And I never heard of Elmer Gantry either...I tried "FUDD" for his nick name but...no dice!

On pfp? No, I got him.....but I did not get Margarito, how the fuck he ever made pfp is beyond me, he never won 2 or more titles and he was never dominant at the one weight...yet apparently he made the list.:warning: It must have been just that 6 month period from when he "beat" Cotto and lost to Shane. Unless 6-Heads, Clottey and Cintron are just that good.

68 of 86....WOULDN'T Accept the Spelling of "Ingemar Johansson"...REED Used 2 "a's" in his Spelling:shit:...For Some Reason, REED DIDN'T Get Credit for DUAL Winners, even when he Typed in BOTH Names Individually...

REED Knows for a FACT that he Typed "Barney Ross, Muhammmad Ali, Carlos Monzon & Marvin Hagler" in the Search Field....In the Case of Ali & Hagler, REED RECEIVED Credit for the Years they Won INDIVIDUALLY, but ZERO Credit for when they SHARED the Honor w/Others....Also, REED Got NATHAN @ All for when he Typed in Ross & Monzon...

Loooooooooooong, WHINY Ass Story Short, REED SHOULD have Gotten a 70 @ the VERY LEAST...

Sometimes when the clock is running down, I just bang in names to see what happen. In one instance, I was pleasantly surprised to see Ricky Hatton had made fighter of the year for 2005.

How did George Foreman get FOTY for 1976?

    67 of 86.

Willie Pep is truly a defensive mastermind. He always slipped my mind. All I kept thinking was, who was the guy Sandy Saddler was beating all the time.

And seriously Paulie was the FOTY.

I think the only chance that anyone hits Johnston, is that he misspells Johnson.

Fight Game Magazine {Bert Sugars now thankfully defunct rag} did a piece called "Boxings Capitol Gains" on all of the DC fighters who were making a name for themselves in the late 90's, early 00's....Sharmba Mitchell, Keith Holmes and Mark Johnson were amongst those featured.
