Yeah but it took a failed test to prove it.

That's kind of been my point all along. We have nothing on Pac, nothing to say he is guilty.

Take Plasterito. I could have speculated all I wanted about his hands being plastered against Cotto, look at Cotto's mashed up face, bleeding everywhere, but never close to beign KO'd.

I would have been right. But it took him being caught red handed (well, plaster handed) to prove it.

It takes hard evidence, not speculation and hunches.

You might be right, I fully acknowledge that Manny could be roided up to his eyeballs, but it takes evidence for him to be guilty, and him refusing a test ISN'T evidence.

You are kidding right? I laughed at how stupid Floyd and his people are. Floyd is a retard, but his handlers are even more retarded. I am not saying Pac would win, but he has something of a chance to sue Floyd ,GBP and Floyd Sr(actually he has an easy lawsuit against Floyd Sr.) on a variety of issues. I would prefer Pac sue the little prick.

What would he sue Floyd and GBP for? Hurting his feelings by asking during negotiations that further tests be performed to both fighters to make sure they're clean for the biggest fight of their lives?

If he wants to sue Floyd Sr fine, but he has no case against Floyd nor GBP.

Pacquiao won't solve Mayweather countering and the 2-3 height advantage Mayweather has over him....

How about Mayweathers movement? Did you notice how frustrated Pac was getting at Cotto when he was moving too much at the end of the fight? Pac is used to fighting guys that are right there to be hit.

Mosley said he took them, so its moot. He also claims he took them in ignorance, and seeing as nobody proved otherwise, we have to believe him.

    Same for Pac.

Anyways, its all moot, the fight is back on, it seems, without the random tests.

Gotta love the Pac excuses. Floyd is scared, Floyd is desperate suddenly turns into Floyd is too big.

There is no point trying to reason with Mayweather haters. They don't understand logic.

Yes. You know why? Because if he's innocent it's no big deal. He takes the test, passes them, thumbs his nose at Floyd and ALL his doubters in unequivocal terms then gets to settle the score where it's meaningful - in the ring. At the moment it looks like he's rejecting Floyd's compromise, and backing down from yesterdays offer on the blood tests in favour of fighting in a court room instead of a ring. Floyd seems willing to compromise and team Pac looks like it's running away.

We don´t have to believe anything. Mosley knew exactly what he was taking. How do you think this works? That Mosley looked up Conte in his local area phonebook or called directory assistance? That Conte gives him a plan and says, listen you know my reputation, but these are only vitamines, and you have to stop taking the vitamines a week before the pisstest, so they develop their full powers. Oh and Shane these vitamines are a little more expensive than apples and oranges.

Just like Ward/Chambers actions to associate themselves with Conte today are pretty telling.

Defamation of character, for one. You can talk more smack about public figures, but if you say what Floyd Senior said basically stating he is on steroids, he could be sued.

Right, but we're talking Floyd Jr. and GBP.

Manny can sue Floyd Sr. if he wants, I don't think anybody in the world will mind.

I wanna know why Pacman isn't filing a suit against Paulie Mallignaggi. Instead Arum appears to be desperate to make a fight with him. Team Pacman couldn't have handled this situation any worse.

A lawyer could argue it is defamation by GBP and Team Mayweather. I am sure the idiots he has around him I said Manny uses roids straight out. Another possible angle, which I admittedly know nothing about in this situation, is if anything contractually was violated by Floyd's stunt.

Yeah, once again you get it dead wrong. Arum is handling this fine and he is as smart as everyone in GDP and Floyd's crew combined. GDP AND TEAM MAYWEATHER have defamed Pac without proof. To you guys who drink from Floyd's shaft you think Pac's success is proof of cheating. Unfortunately, American Jurisprudence works on something called Evidence. GDP does not have proof such as a failed drug test from Pac. Now Arum can sue them and the only way for GBP and Team Mayweather to cheaply go away is to take the fight without the demands and now Floyd has to actually fight which he clearly does not want to do.

Except that team Mayweather is the one making repeated compromises, including accepting the previous offer from team Pac on the reduced number of blood tests in the run up to the fight. To which the Pac response is to launch a law suit. There was no need to use a law suit as a lever to get Mayweather in the ring - they had already made the necessary concession on their previous demands. The only conceivable thing a law suit will achieve is getting Pac out of the fight.

This coming from the guy who calls everyone stupid...

Floyd Sr doesn't work for Mayweather on any level, so he's no part of team Mayweather and there's no possible way anybody can say otherwise, just because he's Floyd's father.

You're right, that's a lovely case. I'm sure every lawyer would love to take. Hey! This guys never ever ever ever said anything bad or defamatory about our client! Let's sue their ass and ask for 40 millions!

Mayweather Jr./GBP have defamed Pacquiao by demanding a standard doping test in contract negotiations?

Yeah that looks like a very promising lawsuit.

Mayweather Sr. on the other hand could be in deep shit.

I don't know what GDP said. They aren't getting 40 million. They will have enough, probably, to get to discovery which is all they will need.It isn't the lawsuit. It is the tying up in court. The leverage it could produce could force a fight. I am not sure if Floyd Senior is a part of team Mayweather.

Standard Doping test for who? no other Pro boxer had to do this.

Also, people want to know why he didnt sue Paulie. I will tell you why, because nobody hears Paulie. He doesnt have the same voice DLH has.

I dont know about that. Mayweather Sr was has been in PBF's corner and actually doing mitt work with him. There is documented video of it. Also PBF himself said that his father will be getting some money from this fight. Not as much as Roger, because Roger is the trainer, but he will get some. A good lawyer could do a good job with this case.
