You have nothing son. Your arguments are empty that is why you have been reduced to nothing but name calling. Come back when you have something better.

No commision has a weight limit of 145. Pac made and demanded that Cotto weighed in at that.

Funny I was just about to suggest you go to bed. Come back in the morning and re-read this thread. After a good nights sleep you'll realize how badly I dominated you. You're easy work bro.

I have owned and operated several businesses and formed dozens of partnerships. I've drafted non-disclosures, non-competes, share holders agreements, employee contracts, partnership agreements etc. Not only that I've gone to court over contracts and sat through hours of litigation on the subject. Its called real world experience. What made me laugh is some little prick law clerk trying to debate contract law and its application with me. In fact its making me laugh all over again :lol::lol:

Lawsuit to go forward REGARDLESS of how negotiations end.

On a SERIOUS note, does that look like a man who was juicing in the last 4 fights, that he opens himself up for cross examination of his past dealings?

I think the CHARADE will be over soon because Mayweather must have a deadline on how to proceed by now. In or out?

You answer this q in your very next line - the 40m bucks on the table. And because a couple of extra doping tests spread over 6 weeks is a non-issue to somebody confident of passing them.

If Pac backs out of this just because he perceives Floyd to have made a 'power play', after Pac made his own with the weight stipulations & glove weight, and Floyd backed down by giving Pac purse parity, and then backed down further on the doping stipulation, he's either cutting off his own nose......or is looking for any old excuse to back out of the fight. Since he has so many advisors to stop him being as irrational as option A we're left where we started......He's either ducking the tests or Floyd himself.

There's no victory in making Floyd 'back off' in his demands if the fight doesn't happen, btw. Thats just called ducking.

.....not if there were 25m bucks in it for me and I knew I would pass. In fact it wouldn't even be an ISSUE, it wouldn't occupy 4 seconds of my thought, it's a pencil shaving in front of the FORREST.

Basically, everyone here agrees that the tests demanded by the NSAC are a joke. It is confirmed by an expert on the matter (Conte) that also says only random testing is efficient against PED cheating. Still, Pac supporters cling to either of these arguments :

    1) Pac was never caught before (How could that happen????)

    2) Mayweather doesn't have to enforce any kind of testing on Pac (A simple matter of principle).

They conveniently step over the obvious questions that comes to any objective mind : "Why such a big fuss over random testing?" and "Why give up millions of dollars if you're clean?"

These questions don't matter because of the lame arguments they present. What really irks me here is that none of them seem to be interested in making sure neither of these fighters cheat for what will be the fight of the century. Basically, it seems they don't mind that the current tests are a joke and they don't mind Pac's extremely suspicious behaviour. All of this to teach Floyd's team a lesson or to cling to some question of pride and integrity. I call BULLSHIT to that. You guys act like fucking cheerleaders. Period.

Baron, as I stated before, I would have just as big a problem with it if the roles were reversed, and it was Manny demanding this based on nothing.

I would have less of a problem if Floyd had been doing this for say 10 years, and it was a matter of course in his fights.

If Floyd requested this every single fight, random testing, then fair enough, his motives are clear, he wants to make sure it's a clean, roid free fight.

I just don't like the accusations and insinuations, people assuming Manny is guilty, based on nothing.

On principle alone, I don't blame team Manny for refusing.

Though I don't think they've handled it that well. The bullshit excuses are a little suspicious.

We dont know precisely what he's on though,. but whatever it is, she sure is potent and extremely effective,.. he's so light on his thin little legs but generates the power of a light heavyweight, nobody has discouraged Cotto like that from just a few flurries before,... fuck....I wouldn't rule out rigged gloves to boot, since he's got a special little trick of wrapping his own hands aswell.

I would totally love to be in the courtroom when your retarded a$$ went before a judge and told him you wanted drug tests peformed on a person that had:

    No history of drugs

0 proof of anything other than some SUPPOSEDLY great performances.

Want to tell me what would happen Mr. Real world experience? I know what will happen and your next post will be skirting the issue with the same lame shi@t you have posted for the past weekend. But hey your post count is growing, unlike your I.Q.

    Mr. Real world experience :atu::lol::lol:

Might as well throw Obama on the polygraph machine for the muslim rumors. Hey maybe you could arrange that too, being the legal genius you are.

Kauki, Pacman has got chunky little legs. Probably the "thickest" part of his bodier.

Despite being smaller than Oscar, Hatton, Cotto and even Floyd - I think Pacman has heavier set legs than all of them.

His legs no doubt contribute to his power.

One of the reasons I like to give Manny the benefit of the doubt, is quite simply, there is no evidence that roids even help a boxer in the ring.

In the last few years there have been 2 high profile boxers that were caught roiding - Mosley and Vargas. They both lost their fights, and Mosley in particular, looked worse than usual.

Great point. Mayweather will have every opportunity to prove that Pac is juicing in a court of law. :)

Yeah and I´d like to see your retarded ass, when you demand a weight penalty of 10 million dollars for every pound that a regular person is over/under their perfect healthy weight. Where is the relation to this fight? :notallthere:

Obviously Mayweather cannot force Pacquiao to agree to random testing until the NSAC implements it, just like Pacquiao cannot force Mayweather to agree to his ridiculous weight penalty demand.

But to me it looks like Arum always takes a step back, when GBP/Mayweather make a step toward them.

When Mayweather was firm on the USADA doing the testing, Arum wanted an independent contractor.

Now Mayweather/GBP have agreed to an independent contractor and suddenly Arum only wants to do 30 days out and only if the NSAC demands it.

But Mayweather is the one, who is scared. :shit:

Wait, I agreed that he should be penalized 10 million for every lb over wouldn't be excessive? Find that post for me. If not, I think we know who the retard is. It has become a legal matter and the legal system will be involved like it or not. Want to play with their time you will play by their rules.

However if they agree to fight at 145 they should both be 145 IMO.

Personnally, If I was Manny and I was clean I'd be flattered by these accusations based only on my performances. It means he's such a physical specimen that it looks unnatural. I'd be happy to pass the test just to prove all this speed, power and toughness I've shown are natural. I guess we see things very differently...

Not really. I can see that side of it too for sure. Wanting to prove them wrong.

But talking about MY character, I simply hate being told what to do. That's why I'm self employed

If it was me, and I was roid free, I would simply think "fuck off, I've done nothing wrong, shove your tests up your arsehole".

So if that's what Manny is thinking, I can empathise with that.

Also it's rather stupid to say "Oh but but but, Floyd is doing the testing too!".

Sure, but it's his choice. If Floyd chose to have a circus perform in his training camp everyday, should his opponent have to agree to that too, and it's no big deal, because Floyd is doing it too?
