It seems that the only issue is the timing of the blood testing (random vs predetermined) rather than the number of samples, plus the restricted concession of random urine over blood testing. Given what we know about capacity to detect PEDs, the fact that this is apparently a final bargaining position, and all the weak ass secondary excuses about strenth-sapping etc., it is just damning IMO, I cannot see how it could be seen otherwise.
