Chavez - Haugen Whitaker - Chavez Willard - Johnson in Cuba, I think. For that matter, Johnson - Ketchel. I seem to remember they were outside when Johnson was wiping Ketchel's teeth off of his gloves.

Not a title fight, but Im pretty sure Duran's two fights after no mass were outside, too. One was against an Italian sounding guy like Picolinonioniolio or something. Duran-De jesus II was definitely outside, I remember the constant references to the heat. Also I think Lewis-Rahman was outside. One of the Benn-Eubank fights was at Old Trafford too, and Tyson-Saverese, and Tyson-Neilson were both outside too. Neither title fights. Im just typing. Bruno-McCall was at wembley.
