You guys keep mentioning how much money there is for both guys but neither one of these guys is broke. Both have been making million dollar paydays for years. I blame Floyd simply because there is no reason to change the rules for this fight.

Leonard's title bouts below the weight limits (Hearns 2, Lalonde), Leonard's ring size and length of fight (Hagler), penalties paid to Pacquiao for being overweight (Morales 3, Cotto), other title bouts below the weight limit (De La Hoya/Hopkins, Chavez/Whitaker, Pacquiao/Cotto). These cases all favored (or appeared to favor) the fighters with more drawing power. Both Pacquiao and Mayweather and their teams believe they're the "bigger" of the two and won't concede, so now we're stuck with the fucking mess we have right now. :flip::flip: both of them, G, and Top Rank.
Both are to be blame: Pacquiao for refusing a simple test that also Fraud will have to take, and Fraud for not simply saying. "Oh, whatever...forget the whole tests thing and lets fight for the biggest purse in history."
"Innocent until proven guilty" ... but you know aswell,.. Pacquiao 'doesn't have to turn up to be trialed',..and why is that?.. because he's passed outdated and obsolete testing procedures that have been removed from nearly all other sports on this basis.

They're all to blame and I agree with Jake that both sides (and probably HBO) weren't too thrilled with March 13th and are looking to milk this until later in the year, as they couldn't delay it to May/June because of Pacquiao's political plans.

Bullshit it's everyone's fault. Floyd has a history of chicken shitting his way out of tough fights and if Pacquiao would have relented Floyd would have just come up with something else. Maybe an injury, maybe he would have needed another tuneup first. Manny can't walk up and attach a set of balls to Floyd's genital area, that was god's screw up not Manny's.
