So why dont they get some? Many people that dont have health Insurance are eligable for some sort of govt Assistance, but either A. dont get them or B dont know about it. Also do those 45k include illegals?
Perhaps they can't afford the premiums. Maybe they had insurance but when they got sick the insurance companies canceled their policies due to the bill being to costly to their wallets.
