Interesting take coming from Dana White. He shows McMahon a ton of respect and doesn't bad mouth him like he does pretty much everyone else.

Probably because cage fighting and pro wrestling are so similar.

    Damn, you're bitter.

It was one PPV the bar didn't show. Let it go.

Never. I haven't watched a cage match since and I don't plan to.

Because the UFC is so big in Canada I had to drive five hours to get to a sports bar that was showing Cotto/Pacquiao, the biggest boxing match of the year.

I quickly jumped off the both sports and co-exist bandwagon.

That sucks. I don't think it's similar to the WWF however.

    I'm just talking trash.

The promotion side of the UFC and WWF, however, are VERY similar. The actual competition obviously isn't.

The UFC could never touch the greatness of the WWE during the WWE's heyday in the late 80s and late 90s. UFC is great but really, it's just fights inside a cage and nothing more whereas Wrestling is soap opera and ring-action culiminating in feuds which go on for weeks. Drama is great! And the characters like The Rock, Stone Cold, The Undertaker, Ultimate Warrior, etc are larger than life.
Nothing touches the golden days of the WWE. Or I should say WWF since they haven't been nearly as good when they changed to WWE.

Dana is correct about one thing, Vince is an animal. I remember reading one time he wanted an incest story line with his daughter

Say what you want about Dana but the guy is hella smart and a great spokesman and promoter of his organization. He really doesn't talk nearly all the crap that people try to say.. he just throws a bunch of fuck's and shit's into his normal conversation, but for the most part it is pretty level and not outrageously biased in favour of his own organization, seems pretty legitimate and honest.

The guy's making Coleman vs Couture as a UFC main event and calling it "Legends Collide!"
You just know what kind of sh*t this motherf*cker would bark if Couture vs Coleman was to happen in a different organization? The SOB had the gall to completely discredit the fights and events which opposing companies like StrikeForce put on. Even talking sh*t on young guys like Brett Rogers, calling the events a farce and calling Fedor a joke. And yet this bald saggy motherf*cker is giving us Couture vs Coleman and billing it like it's some kinda super unbelieveable ppv???? 2 f*cking broken down old farts who are long past retirement! 1 of them being Fedor's bitch twice and the other guy getting KTFO how many times now?
The guy is a f*cking 2-faced bastard and I have zero respect for him. I also have never bought his UFC ppvs ever! I watch all of them for free. This dumb f*ck wants to try to crack down on internet piraters? Come the f*ck on, Gayna White!!!:lol:

LOL! Dana White is a joke! Openly lying through his teeth that UFC fans demanded Ortiz/Liddell 3. 99% of fans could give 2 sh*ts whether both these guys retire tomorrow.
Then you had Dana conjuring up every single excuse in the book in defense of Tito Ortiz after the Griffin loss. Yeah Dana! You signed Ortiz so now you got to defend him because he's making you money! WTF was with all those years of deliberate insults and over the top remarks towards Ortiz day in and day out when he wasn't fighting for the UFC? Give me a f*cking break!
Even Vince McMahon never went so low to completely trash his former employees in public. Whatever enmity he had with them stayed behind closed doors. Dana on the other hand, the drama queen, thinks he's a super bad-ass by insulting all the non-UFC fighters out there who work their asses off to make a meager living while this sack of sh*t is rolling in his 20 Ferraris.
The fact that he insulted the Fedor/Rogers StrikeForce card from top to bottom didn't help his reputation any. Anybody who likes MMA enjoyed that card but this motherf*cker openly insulted them for no reason all the while producing sh*t overpriced ppvs between old farts in Couture/Coleman. LOL! The hypocrisy!!!
I really wish the Fertittas would get rid of this guy. MMA has gone beyond Dana White.

Im sure somebody posted an article about a year ago comparing UFCs marketing strategy to WWE and basically concluding thatevery single idea Dana ever had was lifted from Macmahon. So the homage is unsurprising.
