I don't see the big issue here. He's lucky I'm not interested in pursuing legal action against him because the law is very clear about intellectual property when it comes to someone's image online. This isn't 1993.

 

REED's account isn't being reinstated on either website, he's made it clear that he doesn't want to discuss these issues in a civil manner.

You can do what you want with regards to my account on this website, but you'd only be proving my point about the moderation here being shitty, and a sham.

If some guy shot you in the leg, and then you had this gun legally taken away for him to stop shooting you, would you give it back especially if he was asking for it back in a belligerent manner?

How did they know Reed lifted anything???? They might have seen that he used a photo that was also available on facebook, but that doesnt mean it came from there initially.

I am not a massive Reed fan but I think this is a bit too much....

 

All I asked for REED to do is be civil and not mess around with my personal property, and drop the racist cunt act. Yes we were going back and forth and, yes, it did go too far.

You guys don't know this detail but REED was fully warned that his account on either website would be deleted if he continued, and he took that warning and shit on it. Do you think Photobucket or Facebook would be lax in their IP rules like FightBeat is?

The thing is, REED showed no restraint because he didn't have to. I on the otherhand had full access to REED's families pictures and I never once thought of using it maliciously against him. Do you honestly think REED would have showed the same restraint? I think his behavior in this situation points to the answer being no.

 

How do Facebook even KNOW any of this is true? How do they know what he did, what he downloaded, what he looked at...? I thought Facebook did not prohibit you from looking if the account was open, and that you could look away? And that they disable applications that let you know who was snooping?

I am not a huge Reed fan but I think this is a bit much.....

You have repeatedly called this a crappy website, but I haven't taken offense to it or banned you for it because I looked at the context (You arguing with Godfather). REED has been banned and you're here. I'd say the moderators were more than fair in that regard. In fact, your old websites had groups of people slandering me and my family, but not once did I pursue any kind of action. I'm surprised at you.
