    I don´t know how that guy has a 22-11 record. I don´t think he´d come out 22-11, if he walked into a local gym and interrupted a fitness aerobics class for pregnant women. I might even pick Stinger to beat him.

    TKD was the first martial art I did properly. I trained in TKD for a few years, it's absolute shit. Doesn't teach you to fight whatsoever.
